Longtime coach Henry "Hank" Bullough, who spent time as an assistant at Michigan State, as well as in the NFL with the Bengals, Packers, and Bills has sadly passed. Bullough also spent over 20 games as a coach in the NFL, including an interim stint with the Patriots before leading the Bills for 12 games in 1985 and earning the head coaching role in 1986 before being let go after nine games. Please join us in praying for the Bullough family, which includes Michigan State defensive ends coach Chuck Bullough.

New Mexico: The school and Bob Davie have mutually agreed to part ways. 

Wagner (FCS - NY): Following an investigation earlier this month into allegations of verbal abuse by head coach Jason Houhgtaling brought forth by the Staten Island Advance, Wagner has exonerated Houhgtaling and closed their investigation, per Dennis Cordell of Coaches Inc. "The college interviewed over 30 individuals before reaching this conclusion. There was no evidence to support the false claims against coach Houhgtaling" the statement read in part.

St. Augustine's (D-II - NC): Fayetteville State assistant head coach David Bowser has been named head coach at St. Augustine's.

Texas: Tom Herman laid the groundwork for staff changes on Monday in response to the team's 6-5 record to date.

Eastern Kentucky (FCS): Despite back-to-back 7-win seasons, Eastern Kentucky is making a coaching change. Details here.

Detroit Lions: Jason La Canfora shared on the CBS Post Game Show yesterday that if progress isn't seen during their Thanksgiving match up with the Bears, "there could be changes afoot" on Lions staff. The Lions have nine days off before their next game after their tilt with Chicago.

Mercer (FCS - GA): CarrSports Consulting will advise Mercer in their search after the University decided to make a head coaching change.

Dallas Cowboys: Ed Werder of ESPN tweets that "despite intense criticism from owner and GM Jerry Jones, the Cowboys will make no immediate changes to Jason Garret's coaching staff." Jones stated critically after the Cowboys loss to the Patriots yesterday that "special teams is a total reflection of coaching," but Werder notes that special teams coordinator Keith O'Quinn will remain in that position.

Gardner-Webb (FCS - NC): Gardner-Webb invites all qualified candidates to apply for the position of Head Football Coach. Responsibilities of this position: management over all areas of the football program, demonstrate a working knowledge of and the ability to comply with pertinent NCAA, Big South Conference, and University rules and regulations, supervise the recruitment, evaluation, and development of student-athletes, including their academic progress through graduation, establish and maintain relationships with alumni, boosters, and other administration of the University, operate the program within the stated budget, perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President for Athletics. Applicant must have a strong commitment to Christian Higher Education. Bachelor's Degree and minimum of four years intercollegiate coaching experience, preferably NCAA Division I, is required. Interested candidates should submit a letter of interest, resume, list of references, Statement of Faith, and any other pertinent information to Chuck Burch, Vice President for Athletics, Gardner-Webb University care of: akernicky@gardner-webb.edu. Review of applicants will begin immediately.

Assumption (D-II - MA): Assumption College, located in Worcester, has an immediate opening for a Defensive Coordinator. Duties include, but are not limited to, coaching defensive position, assisting on special teams, and recruiting an assigned territory.
