Midwestern State (D-II - TX): Former University of Texas offensive line grad assistant Garrett Graf has joined the Midwestern State staff as offensive line coach. Graf was highly recommended by Herb Hand for the position.

LSU: Former McNeese State tight ends coach Derek Shay is expected to join the LSU staff in a grad assistant role working with the tight ends Brooks Kubena is reporting.

Oregon: Taylor Housewright former offensive quality control at Mississippi state has taking the same role at Oregon following Joe Moorehead source tells FootballScoop.

University of Buffalo: Source tells FootballScoop Jon Proto has accepted the Director of Recruiting Operations position at the University of Buffalo. Proto comes to UB after spending last season as the assistant to the director of player personnel at the University of Texas at San Antonio.

LaGrange (D-III - GA): John Cody has been named offensive line coach at LaGrange.

UMass: Jim Reid plans to join the UMass staff in an off the field role Pete Thamel has shared.

Hiram College (D-III): Zach Shaw has accepted the offensive coordinator position at Hiram. He was on staff at Nichols College (D-III).

Ohio: Brian Metz has been hired as tight ends coach and Nate Faanes has been promoted to special teams coordinator / linebackers.

CBS: Tony Romo is remaining with CBS on a record-breaking contract. That, as they say, is a lot of money.

Grand Valley State (D-II - MI): Sources tell FootballScoop Matt Vitzthum is being promoted to offensive coordinator at GVSU.

Dayton (FCS - OH): Jim Collins will join the staff as offensive coordinator / quarterbacks source tells FootballScoop. Jim was at Army West Point as the director of player personnel in 2019 and he is the former head football coach of Saginaw Valley State University, Capital University, and the University of Dubuque.

St. Andrews University (NAIA - NC): St. Andrews University is a Private, Presbyterian liberal arts school located in Laurinburg N.C. that competes in the Mid-South Conference. St Andrews is accepting applications for graduate/restricted earning position for Defensive Backs “Safeties”. Previous coaching experience and playing experience is preferred. This position will be responsible for coaching their own position, recruiting their own area, video editing, and other responsibilities assigned by the head coach.
