Mental has worked his way up the ladder with three different head coaches at NDC from graduate assistant, to recruiting coordinator, to offensive coordinator, before adding the assistant head coach title in 2016.

Rochester Community and Technical College (JC - MN): After serving as the defensive backs coach / special teams coordinator this past season, Austin Jones has been elevated to defensive coordinator, per source.

Jacksonville Jaguars: Ian Rapoport shares that, depending on how the next two weeks go, there is a good change that both GM David Caldwell and head coach Doug Marrone return for the 2020 season. Last week, the Jags decided to let go executive vice president Tom Coughlin.

Greg Roman: Multiple teams will seek to interview Ravens offensive coordinator Greg Roman, as he has emerged as a "serious head coaching candidate in multiple pending searches," Jason La Canfora reports.

Mercer (FCS - GA): The staff has officially added Jimmy Long (DL / run game coordinator), La'Donte Harris (WRs / offensive recruiting coordinator), and Mike Adams (safeties / pass game coordinator), and David Cole (associate head coach / corners / special teams coach). They join assistants Joel Taylor and Tim Foster, who were announced last week.

LA Rams: Ian Rapoport shares that there is expected to be a staff shakeup on Sean McVay's staff, that may include veteran defensive coordinator Wade Phillips.

Masters of Sports Administration: Upper Iowa’s MSA degree provides learners with the current theories, concepts, and learning models necessary to assume administrative, coaching and leadership roles in high school, higher education and sports business settings. The online degree is available with emphasis in Sports Management or Coaching & Leadership Education.

Jim Caldwell: The former Lions and Colts head coach, who left his post running the offense for the Dolphins before the start of the season due to some health issues, is feeling good and is ready to return to the sidelines in 2020, Jason La Canfora shares.

Washington: Asked about potential staff changes after their bowl win over Boise State last night, new head coach Jimmy Lake responded that they'll revisit that topic in the future after they get a chance to soak in the win with coach Petersen and get back to Seattle.
