Missouri: UAB tight ends coach/recruiting coordinator Casey Woods will join the Mizzou staff as tight ends coach, source tells FootballScoop. Mitchell Forde of Power Mizzou first reported the news. Woods and Eli Drinkwitz worked together previously at Auburn and Arkansas State.
Ole Miss: Lane Kiffin has formally announced the additions of three staff members, all of which we've shared previously. Wilson Love will serve as head strength coach, Jeff Lebby will serve as offensive coordinator, and Kevin Smith has been announced as an assistant coach with specific duties to be announced later (he coached the running backs for Lane at FAU). Colorado State: Sources tell FootballScoop that Steve Addazio is expected to bring Bowling Green tight ends coach (and his son) and former Ohio State graduate assistant Louie Addazio and Ohio State senior quality control analyst Corey Dennis (the son-in-law of Urban Meyer) to the staff. We understand Louie will likely coach the offensive line, and Dennis will likely work with the quarterbacks.
Texas Lutheran (D-III): Carl Gustafson has announced his retirement after three seasons and 21-9 record, and the school notes that assistant head coach / defensive coordinator Ricky Matt has accepted an offer to be the program's new head coach.
UTSA: Daniel Da Patro has joined the staff as special teams coordinator. He previously worked with Jeff Traylor handling special teams at Arkansas.
Rhode Island (FCS): In addition to offensive coordinator Will Fleming (see below), sources tell FootballScoop the following coaches will not return: Pete Rekstis (defensive coordinator), Josh Lott (defensive line) and Jim Miceli (running backs). Sources tell FootballScoop head coach Jim Fleming does not anticipate any other coaches leaving his staff.
Missouri: DJ Smith is following Drink from App State to Mizzou, tweets Pete Thamel. Smith coached outside linebackers at App.
Northern Colorado (FCS): Ed McCaffrey will be the next head coach at Northern Colorado, sources tell FootballScoop. Yes, that Ed McCaffrey.
Edmonton Eskimos (CFL): Jacksonville Jaguars quarterbacks coach Scott Milanovich will be the new head. Milanovich plans to finish the season with the Jags before heading north.
Texas State: Ole Miss wide receivers coach Jacob Peeler will be the new offensive coordinator at Texas State, Bruce Feldman tweets.
Toronto Argonauts (CFL): Corey Chamblin has been let go after leading the team for one season and a 4-14 record. Calgary Stampeders quarterbacks coach Ryan Dinwiddie has been named head coach.
Ottawa RedBlacks: Bobby Dyce has been retained by head coach Paul LaPolice and will return for his fifth season with the team.
Arkansas: Sources tell FootballScoop Sam Pittman has retained receivers coach Justin Stepp.
Montana Tech (NAIA): Montana Tech has an immediate opening a defensive intern / restricted earnings coaching position. Primary responsibilities include assisting the head coach in all phases of the football program. Other responsibilities include coaching a position. Must be proficient in using Hudl Video Editor, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with film breakdown and data entry is a must. A monthly stipend will be provided as well as a portion of housing. This is an entry level position. College playing experience and/or previous coaching experience in the secondary is preferred. Miles (D-II - AL): Source tells FootballScoop that former Central State (D-II - OH) head coach Cedric Pearl is the new run game coordinator / offensive line coach at Miles College.
Tuskegee (D-II - AL): Per source, defensive coordinator Joseph Carter will note return.
Iowa Wesleyan (D-III): MD Daniels has been named head coach at Iowa Wesleyan. Daniels played under Hal Mumme at McMurry (D-III - TX), who famously birthed the Air Raid at Iowa Wesleyan.
Old Dominion: Mark Dupuis has been hired as the first official hire on Ricky Rahne's staff. Dupuis spent the past three seasons in a graduate assistant role with Rahne at Penn State, and prior to that coached the wide receivers at Fordham (FCS - NY) for four seasons.
Florida State: Details on Mike Norvell's contract with the Seminoles, including buyout info and salary pool for assistant coaches.
Ole Miss: UCF offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach Jeff Lebby is expected to join the Ole Miss staff in the same position, according to Knights247.
Independence CC (JC - KS): Independence CC is looking to fill 4 Volunteer/Intern coaching positions. The positions that are available are Assistant OL / TE, RBs, Assistant WRs and assistant DBs. You will have the opportunity to coach a position and recruit multiple areas. These are UNPAID positions but do come with HOUSING and MEALS. These positions are great for young coaches entering the profession. INDY won the 2019 Jayhawk Conference. Rhode Island (FCS): Sources tell FootballScoop Rhode Island offensive coordinator Will Fleming has left the staff. The position is open. We also understand that head coach Jim Fleming is also making additional moves on his staff. Expect additional positions to open. The Rams went 2-10 (0-8) this season.
Charlotte: The 49ers are finalizing an extension for head coach Will Healy, tweets Bruce Feldman. Charlotte is 7-5 and headed to the Bahamas Bowl in Healy's first season.
Missouri: Charlie Harbison is joining the staff as associate head coach / defensive assistant with his specific duties announced later, the school has announced. Harbison coached the corners this past season at Appalachian State.
Texas: Tom Herman shared at his bowl game presser that he has not yet offered a contract to any of his offensive or defensive coordinator candidates. He also said it's not a pressing priority to have hires in place before Signing Day on Wednesday.
Missouri: Mizzou paid Parker Executive Search $90k plus travel expenses for their head coaching search, Dave Matter tweets.
FAU: Willie Taggart's contract with the Owls is 5-years at $750k annually with an annual retention bonus of $25k. Other incentives include for top ten final finish ($100k), Conference title appearance ($20k) and winning the league ($40k), and going to a bowl game ($30k).

American International College (D-II - MA): Head coach Art Wilkins has announced his retirement, marking the end of a 14-year run with the school where he won 151 games. Wilkins is the winningest coach in school history and his 129 wins in NE10 conference play is the most in school history as well. Associate head coach Kris Kulzer will serve as interim head coach during the 2020 season and a national search will begin following the 2020 season.
Tuskegee (D-II - AL): Per source, Miles College (D-II - AL) offensive line coach Fred Ellis is expected to become the new offensive line coach at Tuskegee.
Alma (D-III - MI): Sources tell FootballScoop that offensive coordinator Danny Wernick will not return.
Ottawa RedBlacks (CFL): Paul LaPolice has been announced as the second head coach in franchise history. A CFL coaching veteran, LaPolice signed a three-year deal with the club and and joins the team after previously serving as the offensive coordinator of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, where he helped lead the club to the 2019 Grey Cup. LaPolice has previous coaching stops in the league in various roles with the Toronto Argonauts, Hamilton Tiger-Cats and Saskatchewan Roughriders, in addition the Blue Bombers where he also served as Head Coach from 2010-2012.
Ole Miss: FAU running backs coach Kevin Smith is on the job with Lane Kiffin at Ole Miss.
Lamar (FCS - TX): The Lamar head coaching job will be filled by an FBS assistant, source tells FootballScoop.
Appalachian State: Offensive line coach, and interim head coach Shawn Clark is expected to be promoted to head coach, per reports.
