Youngstown State (FCS): Sources tell FootballScoop YSU plans to make Doug Phillips their new head coach.

Louisiana Lafayette: Source tells FootballScoop Billy Napier's squad is losing two staff members to Power 5 opportunities.

USC: Sean Snyder is reportedly planning to join the USC staff.

Philadelphia Eagles: Vanderbilt receivers coach Aaron Moorehead has been announced as wide receivers coach and Andrew Breiner will have the role of pass game analyst.

Wyoming: Pete Kaligis has been promoted to defensive run game coordinator. Kaligis is entering his 12th season on staff and will continue to coach the interior defensive line for the Cowboys.

Cleveland Browns: The Browns have agreed to terms with Joe Woods to be their defensive coordinator, according to multiple reports.

Utah: The University of Utah is no longer accepting applications for their entry level recruiting operations position. Utah will be in contact with those who have applied.

NC State: NC State University has an immediate opening for a defensive line graduate assistant position. Applicant must have playing or coaching experience on the defensive line. Prefer candidates with High School Coaching or GA experience. Must comply with NCAA rules in bowl subdivision football: a graduate assistant coach is any coach who has received an undergraduate degree or has exhausted athletics eligibility (whichever occurs later) within the previous seven (7) years. Applicant must also gain acceptance to grad school and have a minimum of a 2.75 undergraduate GPA. Wyoming: Marty English has returned to the program as defensive ends coach. English coached at Wyoming from 2003-11. He spent 2018-19 as the defensive coordinator at Northern Colorado.

North Carolina A&T (FCS):A founding member of the MEAC is set to leave the conference it's known for 50 years. More here.

Tennessee Titans: Mike Vrabel has completed his staff by announcing Jim Haslett as inside linebackers coach. The Titans also announced Ryan Crow is now assistant special teams coordinator, Matt Edwards a defensive assistant and Scott Booker now safeties coach. Though the team has not come out and announced it, Vrabel will be his own defensive coordinator this season.

New Mexico Highlands (D-II): Incarnate Word (FCS - TX) assistant head coach Josh Kirkland will be the new head coach at New Mexico Highlands, sources tell FootballScoop. More here.

Charleston Southern (FCS - SC): Charleston Southern University is seeking UNPAID quality control assistants for offense, defense, special teams, and recruiting. Previous quality control assistants have obtained jobs at all levels. In these positions, you will gain tremendous experience and knowledge in working with a Division I FCS program. The people in these positions will primarily be responsible for assisting the coordinators along with any additional duties assigned by the Head Coach. You will also assist with on-campus recruiting activities, all team events, and other duties assigned. Knowledge of video editing, strong communication skills, and computer skills are preferred. Applicants will be required to successfully complete an interview and background check. There are no meals, housing, or stipend provided. Eastern Kentucky (FCS): Trent Steelman has been announced as running backs coach / co-special teams coordinator. Steelman served as the offensive coordinator at Jacksonville University last season.

Alabama: Alabama has hired Ole Miss defensive line coach Freddie Roach to the same position. Roach was Alabama's director of player development from 2015-17.

Pac-12: Revenue shortfalls and plummeting participation in California high school football paint a disturbing picture of the Pac-12's future.

Decommitments: One coach went of on the state of recruiting and decommitments at his Signing Day press conference.

Dickinson State (NAIA - ND): Dickinson State is looking for a restricted earnings/possible graduate assistant Offensive Line Coach. This person would be responsible for coaching the Offensive Line, assisting with scouting reports, film breakdown, weight room, and any other duties deemed necessary by the Head Coach. Great opportunity for a coach to run his own room and have his own recruiting area. Experience playing or coaching the Offensive Line is preferred. Southeastern University (NAIA - FL): Richard Sanchez, who coached safeties / special teams the past two years at San Diego State, has accepted the offensive coordinator position at Southeastern. Sanchez previously served as head coach at St. Augustine (CA) from 2009-17.

Syracuse: Chip West, who coached the corners at Marshall in 2019, has joined the staff as corners coach.

Liberty: Liberty University is looking to hire a defensive graduate assistant who will work with linebackers. All qualified applicants send resume to libertyfootball1971@gmail.com.

Clemson: With Jeff Scott off to South Florida, Dabo Swinney has made Tony Elliott the nation's highest-paid offensive coordinator, promoted a longtime lieutenant to wide receivers coach amid a number of raises and promotions.

Wyoming: Source tells FootballScoop that Mary English, who previously coached defense and special teams from 2004-11 for the program, is returning as defensive ends coach and Eastern Illinois corners coach and special teams coordinator Benny Boyd is also joining the staff. 7220 Sports is reporting the same.

LSU: Ed Orgeron provided an update on LSU’s search to fill the position left open from Joe Brady’s departure for the Panthers.

Eastern Michigan: Eastern Michigan University is looking to hire a Football Creative Coordinator/Recruiting Assistant. Candidates MUST have graphic design experience (creative video experience is a plus). This position pays between $25,000-$30,000 a year with no benefits. LSU: Ed Orgeron shared yesterday that he's looking primarily to the NFL for a replacement for former passing game coordinator Joe Brady and has currently interviewed one person for the job with a slate of interviews scheduled for next week, according to Brooks Kubena of The Advocate. Orgeron added that they don't need to make a decision until spring ball begins in March.

Montana State (FCS): Justin Udy, who served as an offensive quality control assistant at Texas Tech last season, is being brought on as the team's new offensive coordinator, per Colter Nuanez of Skyline Sports.

Sam Houston State (FCS - TX): Sam Houston State is seeking qualified applicants to fill their running back coach position. Interested candidates please email resume and references to shsufootballops@gmail.com.

Pitt: Pat Narduzzi took to social media last night to epically declare he has no plans to leave Pitt.

University of Mary (D-II - ND): Source tells FootballScoop that University of Mary has a deal in place to bring in legendary NAIA head coach Mike Van Diest to help out with the defense starting this spring. Van Diest won 6 National NAIA championships as head coach at Carroll College (NAIA - MT) where he compiled a record of 203–54.

Wilmington (D-III - OH): Bluffton (D-III - OH) defensive line coach Jake Harmon has joined the staff and will coach the running backs, per source. Also, former Blanchester HS (OH) head coach Brandon Sammons has been added as director of high school relations.
