Green Bay: Sources tell FootballScoop receivers coach Alvis Whitted will not return to the staff. Prior to joining Matt Lafleur's staff last January, Whitted spent seven seasons at Colorado State.
Chattanooga (FCS): Head coach Rusty Wright has signed a 1-year extension.
Tennessee: New running backs coach Jay Graham has signed a 2-year deal worth $575,000 per year, according to GoVols247.
Oklahoma: Arizona State defensive line coach Jamar Cain will join the staff as linebackers coach he has confirmed.
Georgia Southern: Dimitri Donald has been named wide receivers coach. Donald spent the past two seasons as a graduate assistant with the program.
Livingstone (D-II - NC): NFL veteran defensive lineman Sean Gilbert is the new head coach at Livingstone. This marks Gilbert's first job coaching at the college level after previously interning with the New York Jets and working as an assistant at South Mecklenburg HS (NC).

Appalachian State: Robert Kugler, who spent last season as a graduate assistant at Washington, has been hired in an offensive quality control role.
Livingstone College (D-II - NC): Sean Gilbert has been named head coach. The former Carolina Panthers defensive lineman has not coached in college football previously.
Tennessee: Jay Graham has now been formally introduced as running backs coach, as has been previously reported.
SEC: The league has announced monster total revenue and distribution to member schools, and those numbers are about to skyrocket.
Grand Valley State (D-II - MI): Offensive coordinator Morris Berger has apologized for the praise of Hitler's leadership that got him suspended on Monday. Update: Berger has now been forced to resign.
North Texas: Former FAU defensive line coach Eric Mathies is set to join the North Texas staff, Brett Vito tweets. Mathies, who was also the recruiting coordinator at FAU, has previous stops working with the defensive lines at USF, WKU, Tennessee State (FCS), and Midwestern State (D-II - TX).
Utah: Utah is looking to hire a recruiting operations coordinator. This is an entry level full time position with benefits. Minimum requirements are a bachelor’s degree with a background in athletics preferably football. Responsibilities include coordinating travel, visits, camps, events, compliance paperwork, and more in regards to recruiting. Must be detail oriented, personable, have ability to problem solve, etc. Do not need to have football evaluation skills. Will report directly to Director of Player Personnel. Thaddeus Stevens (JC - PA): Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology is looking to hire an Offensive Coordinator. This position is part-time. Carolina Panthers: Norv Turner, who had been serving in a special assistant to the head coach role since the firing of Ron Rivera, will not return, according to a tweet from Jourdan Rodrigue.
Oregon: Don Johnson Jr., who was the head coach at Jefferson HS last fall and who has led programs at Milwaukie HS (OR), Evergreen HS (OR) and Madison HS (OR) previously, has joined the staff as director of high school relations.
USC: With all 10 spots reportedly filled, a look at the staff Clay Helton will bring into a critical 2020 season.
Louisiana Tech: The program has officially announced the additions of Trey Holtz (inside receivers), and Anthony Camp (defensive line).
Ole Miss: Ole Miss is looking to hire a lead graphic designer for football recruiting. Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field and 3 years experience. See more details on the position, and apply via this link.
Youngstown State (FCS): Kentucky associate head coach / tight ends coach Vince Marrow "is in talks" with Youngstown State about their head coaching job, according to Kentucky Sports Radio.
Rooney Rule: The NFL says it will look at ways of enhancing the Rooney Rule after only one black coach has gotten a head job in the past two years.
USC: Former Texas co-defensive coordinator / safeties coach / special teams coordinator Craig Naivar is expected to join the USC staff as safeties coach, Bruce Feldman tweets.
Boise State: Sources tell FootballScoop that Fort Lewis (D-II - CO) head coach Brandon Crosby is leaving to accept a position at Boise State. We understand his role will be as an offensive special assistant in an off-the-field capacity. Crosby led the Fort Lewis program for one season.
Detroit Lions: Tennessee Titans inside linebackers coach Tyrone McKenzie, who mutually parted with the team recently, is being hired as the Lions new linebackers coach, according to a tweet from Brent Doherty.
Drake (FCS - IA): Kirk Wherritt, who has coached the running backs for the past two seasons after eight seasons as the head coach at Trinity International (NAIA - IL), has been promoted to offensive coordinator.
San Diego State: In addition to retaining five coaches from Rocky Long's staff, Brady Hoke is expected to add longtime Hoke assistant from stops at Ball State, SDSU, and Michigan and Indiana State offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach Jeff Hecklinski as offensive coordinator, former Eastern Kentucky (FCS) defensive coordinator Kurt Mattix as defensive coordinator and Kyle Hoke as safeties coach, while graduate assistant Jordan Thomas is expected to become the team's new defensive line coach, per the San Diego Tribune. The coaches being retained are Jeff Horton (associate head coach / RBs), Hunkie Cooper (WRs), Mike Schmidt (OL), Demetrius Sumler (corners), and Doug Deakin (STC).

Muskingum (D-III - OH): Michael Donnely has joined the staff as defensive backs coach / recruiting coordinator and co-special teams coordinator. Also, Tyler Walker will now serve as the defensive coordinator for the Muskies after serving as the defensive backs coach, special teams and recruiting coordinator last season, and defensive line coach Michael Pannone adds the role of co-special teams coordinator.
Cleveland Browns: Bengals quarterbacks coach Alex Van Pelt has agreed to terms to become the new offensive coordinator for the Browns, per multiple reports.
Ottawa University (NAIA - KS): Former Colorado Mesa (D-II) wide receivers coach Jordan Dodge has accepted the special teams coordinator / defensive backs job at Ottawa University.
Salary Cap for Coaches: Congress is talking about limiting coaching salaries.
Campbellsville (NAIA - KY): Campbellsville University has an immediate opening for a defensive back coach. This is a full-time position.
