Lawanson previously served as the defensive coordinator at Sacramento State (FCS - CA) from 2016-18 before moving on to the XFL.
Dallas Cowboys: The Cowboys have decided to cancel all season tickets for the 2020 season and will sell single game tickets with season ticket holders getting priority.
East Central (D-II - OK): Quarterbacks coach Kris McCullough has been promoted to offensive coordinator at East Central University, per source.
Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (D-III): The MIAA will not play football this fall, according to local reports in Michigan. An official announcement is expected tomorrow.

Colorado State: The team has suspended workouts for two weeks after at least 8 players have tested positive for COVID.
Valdosta State (D-II - GA): Former North Texas defensive line coach Marc Yellock has joined the staff and will be coaching the defensive line, source tells FootballScoop. Also, Marco Sanches is joining the staff in a defensive graduate assistant role working with the secondary after working with the defensive backs at Chadron State (D-II - NE) last year.

Missouri Valley (NAIA – MO): Missouri Valley College, located in Marshall, MO is seeking applicants for a graduate assistant or stipend coach, working with the defensive side of the football. GA compensation includes room, meal plan, and tuition (no stipend). If not in a graduate program, stipend could be negotiable. Position includes but is not limited to: working with a defensive position group (will determine based off of applicants experience), assist with aspects of special teams, video editing (HUDL), managing a recruiting area, computer skills, and other duties assigned by the Head Coach. St. Lawrence (D-III - NY): St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY is accepting applications for a Defensive Graduate Assistant Football Coach. Experience with Linebackers is required.
