Longtime Junior College head coach Dick Foster has passed. Foster, who had an impressive overall record of 146-25-2, was a JC head coach a total of 16 seasons at both Coffeyville CC (KS) and Fort Scott CC (KS).

Clemson: Trevor Lawrence has tested positive for Covid Mike Garafolo has reported. More on the situation at Clemson here.

LSU: Ed Orgeron confirms he has taken a $300,000 cut off his 2021 salary to help LSU's budgetary woes. "I was very willing. With the deficit they have, it's understandable," he said.

Wisconsin: Barry Alvarez said the earliest Wisconsin could return to action is Wednesday, Nov. 4, and the soonest Paul Chryst could rejoin the team would be Saturday, Nov. 7. The Badgers are slated to play Purdue that day. The program has incurred 15 positive tests since Oct. 24.

New Haven (D-II - CT): The University of New Haven will have openings for 2 Graduate Assistant positions starting in the Spring of 2021. Interested candidates should email Walt Kusmirek at and send a copy of their resume and contact information. The position will be filled ASAP as we look for candidates with WR,TE, and DB experience. The position includes full tuition, $2,500 per semester and a small meal allowance. There is NO HOUSING.

The Spring League: Well, its definitely not Spring; but... The Spring League kicked off their season the past few days. Have a look at who is coaching these teams.

ACC: The ACC Championship has been officially set for Dec. 19.

Nebraska: The Huskers are close to finalizing a deal with Tennessee-Chattanooga (FCS) to replace Wisconsin as their game this weekend, per multiple reports. Update: Not so fast my friend.

Texas:The nation's #1 recruit decommitted from Texas last night. Trouble is brewing for Tom Herman and his staff. 

Games on tonight: Two college games and an NFL game on tonight. South Alabama will take on Georgia Southern at 7:30pm on ESPN and later on tonight Colorado State will play Fresno State at 10pm EST on CBSSN. Tonight's NFL features the Falcons against the Panthers with kickoff at 8:20pm EST on FOX.
