Name, Image and Likeness: While the NCAA drags its feet, the NAIA is moving forward with its own NIL package. Details here.

SEC: The SEC has canceled all competitions, championships and spring games, but spring practices have not been canceled. At least, not yet.

Beloit (D-III - WI): Beloit College is seeking an entry level candidate for an assistant football coach position. Preference will be given to candidates who have played college football and or coached college football. The position will start as soon as possible, and will be an offensive assistant, preference given to quarterbacks or wide receivers. This position will work hand in hand with the Head Coach/Offensive Coordinator developing the offense. Preference will also be given to anyone with a Residential Life background. Compensation for this position is $10,000, a meal plan, and apartment style dorm with own bathroom and kitchen. This is a non benefited position. This candidate will be coaching his own position, have his own recruiting area, as well as other duties within the football program assigned by the Head Coach. Extra duties outside of football will include some on-call duties with Residence Life. Indiana: Deputy director of athletics Scott Dolson will replace Fred Glass as the IU athletic director starting the next academic year, the school has announced.

ACC: The conference has decided to cancel all athletic related activities, including practices, through the end of the 2019-20 academic year. More here.

UTSA: Joe Price III has been hired as director of player personnel. A former high school coach in the Houston area, Price spent 2019 as the director of high school relations at Illinois.

North Park (D-III - IL): North Park has updated its staff as follows: former Denison University (D-III - OH) linebacker coach Todd Taylor has been hired as the assistant head coach / co-defensive coordinator and defensive backs coach. Former Carthage College (D-III - WI) receivers coach James Cobbs has been hired to coach receivers. Quarterbacks coach Adam Foren has been promoted to offensive coordinator and linebacker coach Chase Murdock has been promoted to defensive coordinator.

Eastern New Mexico (D-II): Eastern New Mexico is looking for a week 5 game on 10/2 in 2021. Looking for a one-year agreement and will consider all options (D1, D2, D3, NAIA). Please contact Kelley Lee at kelley.lee@enmu.edu.

North Dakota (FCS): Robbie Rouse has been formally introduced as running backs coach. Rouse, Fresno State's all-time leading rusher, coached the running backs last year at Augustana (D-II - SD) and has also previously coached at St. Scholastica (D-III - MN).

Samford (FCS - AL): The staff has been completed as follows; Derrick Sherman (OC / RBs), Mitch Stewart (WRs), Shawn Bostick (OL), Mack Helms (Tackles / assistant OL), Ricky Turner (Assistant HC / STC / TEs), Nick Benedetto (DC), Al Garcia (DTs), Kynjee Cotton (DEs), Kevin Corless (LBs), Darius Eubanks (DBs).

Bryant (FCS - RI): Joseph Hawkins, who spent last season as an offensive graduate assistant at FIU working with the receivers and tight ends, has been hired to coach the receivers.

Washington: Former Simon Fraser (D-II - Canada) head coach Thomas Ford has joined the staff in a quality control role. Ford led the Simon Fraser program for the past two seasons.

Offensive Line Coaches: O-line coaches are starting to get more shots at the big chair, at long last. “I learned how to be a head coach by coaching the offensive line.”

Delaware State (FCS): After 18 seasons with Wesley (D-III - DE), assistant head coach Steve Azzanesi is leaving to become the offensive coordinator at Delaware State. The program has also added Bryan Bossard (RBs / TEs) and Jonas Jackson (DL).
