Division II Finances: Last week we examined how much football programs at the FBS and FCS levels earned. Today it's Division II's turn.

Lawrence (D-III - WI): Offensive coordinator Phil Grams has left to become the head coach at Ripon Christian HS (CA).

Washington & Jefferson (D-III - PA): Per source, Bob Jazwinski will be new W&J offensive line coach after spending last season as the offensive line coach at Dickinson (D-III - PA). We understand that Jazwinski will also hold the assistant head coach title.

San Diego (FCS): University of Idaho tight ends coach coach Steve Oliver is expected to become the tight ends coach / recruiting coordinator for the University of San Diego, source tells FootballScoop. Also, University of Idaho defensive graduate assistant Ray Clark has also joined the San Diego staff coaching the safeties, per source. Both Oliver and Clark are former players for at San Diego under current head coach Dale Lindsey.

Buyouts: These programs spent the most buying out football coaches over the past 15 years.
