Stetson (FCS - FL): Per source, linebackers coach Steve Davis has been promoted to defensive coordinator following the departure of Brian Young to Georgia Southern.
Georgia Southern: Source tells FootballScoop that Stetson (FCS - FL) defensive coordinator Brian Young has joined the staff as a defensive analyst.
Austin Peay (FCS - TN): Josh Cochran, who had been working in an off-the-field capacity at North Carolina with the offensive line, is joining the staff as co-offensive coordinator and offensive line coach, Pete Thamel tweets. Cochran previously worked with Scotty Walden at East Texas Baptist (D-III). Earlier this morning we shared news on the first hire for that side of the ball. Walden also has his defensive coordinator lined up.
