Tennessee Tech (FCS - TN): Tennessee Tech University has 2 openings for a Director of On Campus Recruiting and a Player Personnel Assistant. These are strictly VOLUNTEER positions; there is NO compensation, housing OR benefits with occasional meals and potential to earn camp money. The Ideal candidates must be highly organized, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint and other computer skills. Previous experience in recruiting, personnel or playing is preferred. Quincy (D-II - IL): Jason Killday, the offensive coordinator at Truman State (D-II - MO) since 2016, has returned to Quincy as head coach. Killday previously spent five seasons at Quincy from 2010-15, the final of which he held the assistant head coach title.

Texas A&M-Kingsville (D-II - TX): TAMUK is looking to fill an offensive skill graduate assistant position. Position will be responsible for the following: film breakdown, practice organization, game day preparation, recruiting area, student athlete development, and other duties assigned by the Head Football Coach. This position will include tuition assistance and a meal plan. Qualifications include bachelor's degree and acceptance into graduate program. Mississippi College: Sources tell FootballScoop Joel Williams is joining Mike Kershaw's staff as offensive coordinator / offensive line. Williams and Kershaw previously served on staff together at Delta State when Williams was offensive coordinator there. Williams is currently serving as offensive coordinator at Fairhope HS (AL).
Gardner-Webb (FCS - NC): Ohio Dominican (D-II) defensive coordinator Trent Voss is leaving the staff to join Cris Reisert's staff at Gardner-Webb.
Syracuse: Sources tell FootballScoop that Fran Brown is filling a key off field position with a Big Ten staffer.
St. Norbert (D-III - WI): St. Norbert College, located in the Green Bay suburb of De Pere, is seeking one defensive and one offensive assistant football coach. Preferred candidates will have prior experience playing or coaching DB & QB, but will hire the best overall candidates. These positions will be responsible for coaching their own position; running meetings; assisting in game planning, film analysis and breakdown (HUDL), recruiting; and other duties assigned by Head Coach and Off & Def Coordinators. This is a 12 month position with a salary of $15,000. No housing or other benefits. Review of candidates will begin immediately. Minority candidates are encouraged to apply. Atlanta Falcons: Asked about the future of head coach Arthur Smith after their second straight loss to drop to 6-8 on the year, head coach Arthur Blank said the team will "let the season play out and go from there."
Lawrence Tech (NAIA - MI): Scott Merchant, who led the Chippewa Valley HS (MI) for the last 15 seasons including a Division 1 state title in 2018, has accepted the head coaching job. He went 104-53 leading the Big Reds.
Gardner-Webb (FCS - NC): Per source, Auburn defensive analyst Ty Holder is expected to accept the corners job.
Fort Lewis (D-II - CO): Fort Lewis College is looking to hire a Defensive Line Coach. The salary is $22,000 and is benefit eligible. Additional responsibilities will include recruiting, assisting with special teams, monitoring academic progress, summer camp coordinating. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree. Must have passed or be eligible to take NCAA Recruiting Modules. Have at least two years of football experience at the collegiate or professional level as a participant or coach. The incumbent must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Successful candidates must undergo a Criminal Background Check. New Mexico: Bronco Mendenhall has made two key hires to his staff at New Mexico, sources tell FootballScoop.
Augie Hoffman: Hoffman, who spent last season as tight ends coach at Columbia (FCS) after a few seasons with Rutgers working with running backs and then the offensive line, is returning to St. Joseph Regional (NJ) as head coach. He previously led the program at his alma mater for six seasons to a 49-20 record with four state title game appearances and two state championships (2016 & 2018).

Mansfield (Sprint - PA): Mansfield University is in need of an offensive line coach to begin August 1. Experience coaching or playing. The offensive line is necessary. New Mexico: William & Mary (FCS - VA) quarterbacks coach and passing game coordinator Matt Johns, a former UVA quarterback, is set to join Bronco Mendenhall's staff, sources confirm to FootballScoop. The move also means a change of roles on the William & Mary staff. More on both moves here.
