NCAA: The NCAA is loosening the rules on what IAWPs can do once they get jobs in college football.

Iowa State: Houston Baptist (FCS) defensive coordinator Jeff Mills is joining the staff in an off-field role, sources tell FootballScoop.

Florida A&M (FCS): Fayetteville State (D-II - NC) defensive coordinator Milton Patterson is being hired as defensive line coach, per source.

Iowa State: Sources tell FootballScoop that Houston Baptist (FCS) defensive coordinator Jeff Mills is leaving for an off-the-field position on Matt Campbell's staff.

Montana State (FCS): Muskingum (D-III - OH) defensive coordinator Tyler Walker is expected to join the staff as director of recruiting, sources tell FootballScoop.

Nebraska: Ron Brown, who came to Nebraska with Scott Frost as the director of player development in 2017, is now working as a senior offensive analyst The Journal Star points out.

Cincinnati: Darren Paige has now been formally announced as the team's new running backs coach. Paige previously served as the wide receivers coach at Eastern Michigan.

Kent State: The Kent State University Football Program is seeking applicants for a Defensive Line Graduate Assistant position. We are looking for applicants who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, communicate effectively (verbally and written) and have the ability to problem solve. Defensive line/Linebacker playing experience is preferred. A minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.8 is required, no exceptions. We strongly encourage minority candidates to apply. UCF: Gus Malzahn has reportedly found his defensive coordinator.

Colorado Mesa (D-II): Brayle Brown, Oklahoma Baptist University associate offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach, has hired as offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach and offensive line coach Mike Barela has been promoted to co-offensive coordinator / offensive line coach.

Montana State (FCS): The program is snagging a Nevada assistant for their defensive coordinator spot.

Arizona Cardinals: Quentin Harris, who spent the past two seasons as director of player personnel, has been elevated to vice president of player personnel, and director of pro scouting Adrian Wilson has been promoted to vice president of pro personnel.

Mount St. Joseph (D-III - OH): Mount St. Joseph University is accepting applications for a Graduate Assistant Football Coach. Qualified candidates will have college coaching or playing experience and the ability to be accepted into an MSJ Graduate Program. Recruiting experience preferred. This position has a paid stipend of approximately $7,500 and will cover 6 Graduate credit hours per semester; no housing, meals or benefits. The Graduate Assistant Coach will be responsible for their own position group, their own recruiting territory, supervising study tables, and aiding in daily football operations.
