FBS Staff Tracker: The 2020-21 FBS Staff Tracker page, where you can see how each new head coach is filling their staff, is up and running.

Texas: Lancaster (HS - TX) head coach Chris Gilbert is expected to join Sark's staff as director of high school relations Mike Roach tweets.

Notre Dame: Sources tell FootballScoop Brian Kelly has his new safeties coach.

West Virginia: Louisville safeties coach ShaDon Brown is leaving to become co-defensive coordinator at West Virginia Pete Thamel shares.

Houston Texans: Inside linebackers coach Bobby King is being retained, and moving to defensive line the Houston Chron is reporting. The Chron adds that running backs coach Danny Barrett is expected to be retained as well.

Los Angeles Chargers: Iowa running backs coach Derrick Foster is expected to be the new running backs coach for the Chargers tweets Matt Zenitz.

Houston: After FootballScoop reported earlier this morning McNeese State was set to lose defensive coordinator Grady Brown, a report says he'll be Houston's new corners coach. More here.

Recruiting: The 2021 cycle saw the best recruiting classes in FBS and FCS history.

Chicago Bears: Oregon State running backs coach / recruiting coordinator Michael Pitre is leaving to join the Bears staff in the same capacity, Adam Rittenberg tweets.

South Carolina: Sources tell FootballScoop that Shane Beamer and the Gamecocks are adding a former Tennessee Vols standout to the staff.

Georgia: The Bulldogs are making Dan Lanning one of college football's top paid coordinators.

Louisville: Pete Thamel tweets that Jack Bicknell Jr. is finalizing a deal to join the staff. Coach Bicknell recently had stops at Ole Miss and Auburn and previously served as the head coach at Louisiana Tech.

Detroit Lions: The team has announced the additions of Todd Wash (DL), Seth Ryan (assistant WRs), Kelvin Sheppard (defensive assistant), and Brian Duker (defensive assistant).

Georgia: Kirby Smart shares today that, as previously speculated, former South Carolina head coach Will Muschamp will join the UGA staff as an analyst.

TCU: With Sonny Cumbie now at Texas Tech, Gary Patterson has adjusted his offensive staff for 2021.

Arkansas: Good on you, Arkansas.

Deion Sanders: Deion (and Jackson State) is getting his own documentary series.

Miami: Manny Diaz reiterated today during his signing day presser that he will serve as the team's defensive coordinator this fall. Senior assistant Todd Stroud will help handle some of Diaz's administrative duties.

Alabama: Nick Saban is reportedly adding another NFL coach to his staff.

Indianapolis Colts: Kevin Mawae, who has been on Herm Edwards' staff the last few seasons at Arizona State, is joining the Colts as the assistant offensive line coach, Stephen Holder of The Athletic tweets. Mawae was a 7-time Pro Bowl selection and was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame as part of the 2019 class.

Jacksonville Jaguars: Zach Orr has officially inked a deal to become the outside linebackers coach on staff, Mike Garafolo tweets.

Houston Texans: The Texans are hiring Ravens' assistant tight ends coach Andy Bischoff as their new tight ends coach per Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle.

Minot State (D-II - ND): Minot State University, an NCAA Division II school and member of the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, is seeking an offensive assistant coach, working with the offensive line. The successful candidate will have experience coaching the offensive line or a background playing the position. This is a full time, 12-month position with full benefits. New York Giants: Assistant offensive line coach Ben Wilkerson and former Texans offensive line coach Mike Devlin are expected to interview for the offensive line job. Wilkerson has been with the Giants since 2018 and has previously served as the assistant offensive line coach for the Bears, and Devlin was the offensive line coach for the Texans dating back to 2015.

Georgia: Tennessee graduate assistant Rob Muschamp is expected to join the staff in a support staff role, per AL.com. Rob, the nephew of Will Muschamp, played tight end at Auburn from 2015-18 and spent the last two seasons on staff in Knoxville.

Arizona State: AD Ray Anderson is set to sign an extension through Feb. 11, 2026 with a $150,000 raise to $950,000 per year, a $500,000 bonus and a $600,000 retention bonus, according to Sun Devil Source.

Vanderbilt: Clay Bignell is joining the staff as a senior defensive analyst, sources tell FootballScoop. Bignell previously worked in a similar role at East Carolina and worked at Northwestern and Notre Dame previously.

McNeese State (FCS - LA): Sources tell FootballScoop defensive coordinator Grady Brown is leaving the staff for another job.

Jacksonville Jaguars: Zach Orr will coach outside linebackers for the Jaguars.

Ohio State: Ryan Day has announced a slight change in duties for defensive coordinator Kerry Coombs, and two additional tweaks to staff responsibilities to fill the vacancy left after co-defensive coordinator Greg Mattison's retirement.

Marshall: Sources tell FootballScoop Sharrod Everett has joined the program as the Football Chief of Staff. Everett spent the 2020 season in a football support role at Vanderbilt. Prior to that he was the Associate Athletic Director for Football at Florida State and Oregon.

Western Oregon (D-II): Western Oregon has schedule openings in Week 3 (Sept 18th), Week 9 (Oct 30th), and Week 11 (Nov 13th) in 2021. Interested programs please contact Head Coach Arne Ferguson at fergusa@wou.edu.

Texas: Washington special teams analyst Jeff Crosby has accepted a position on Sark's staff at Texas.

Army: App State outside linebackers coach Cortney Braswell has accepted the defensive line position at Army.

SWAC: Alcorn State is opting out of the Spring season sources tell FootballScoop.

Boise State: Oregon assistant director of recruiting Eli Mandel has accepted the director of recruiting position with Andy Avalos at Boise State.

Chadron State (D-II - NE): Per source, Arizona defensive quality control coach Dylan Furrier is leaving to return to his alma mater at Chadron State College as defensive back/special teams coach.

Vanderbilt: Wyoming offensive line coach AJ Blazek will leave Laramie for the same position at Vanderbilt, 247 has shared. Blazek arrived at Wyoming in January after two seasons at North Dakota State.

Montana State (FCS): Former 49ers assistant Tim Drevno has emerged as a strong candidate for the Montana State job, Bruce Feldman tweets. Drevno has coached at Stanford, Michigan and USC previously, and spent five seasons at Montana State earlier in his career.
