Big West (D-I): The non-football Big West Conference has suspended competition for the fall semester. Hawaii is also a member of this conference.

New Mexico: New Mexico is moving its Week 0 opener against Idaho State to Sept. 12 and looking at bumping its Sept. 19 game with New Mexico State to Aug. 29, according to The Athletic.

San Francisco 49ers: The Niners have agreed to terms on a multi-year contract with general manager John Lynch, Mike Garafolo tweets and adds that the deal is expected to be five-years.

Arkansas Tech (D-II): Arkansas Tech University is looking to fill a skill offensive graduate assistant position (preferably RB). Position will be responsible for the following; film breakdown, practice organization, game day preparation, recruiting area, coaching your own position, and other duties assigned by the Head Football Coach. A Fall Without Football: We talked to head coach Al Bagnoli about a fall without football, including why coaches will still be important without games on Saturday.

Franklin Pierce (D-II - NH): Franklin Pierce University, NH, has an immediate opening for a Defensive Graduate Assistant Football Coach, preferably with experience coaching/playing Defensive Line or Linebackers, starting in Mid August 2020. Applicants must be accepted into the graduate program with a 3.0 GPA. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, equipment organization, practice planning, coaching a position group, leading meetings, film break down, player evaluation and recruiting, and assisting in general day to day football operations. Mary Hardin-Baylor (D-III - TX): Per source, Chris James has joined the team as an offensive graduate assistant working with the offensive line. James previously worked as a quality control assistant at Southern Illinois (FCS)

Northwestern State (FCS - LA): Northwestern State University is seeking applicants for 2 Graduate Assistants for the offensive side of the ball (working with OL, QB, or TE). Ideal candidates are detail oriented, have experience with a position, and are diligent workers. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HUDL are required. Coaching responsibilities to include; but not limited to: offensive line, quarterbacks or tight ends. Experience playing and coaching one of these positions is preferred. Responsibilities include all aspects of the football program including; but not limited to, video editing, social media, practice organization, contest preparation, recruitment weekends, student athlete development, and other duties assigned by the Head Football Coach. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. New Mexico: New Mexico will not begin training camp this Friday, as NCAA rules allow, instead continuing with its 20-hour weeks. Head coach Danny Gonzales told the Albuquerque Journal he'd like to begin camp next week. The Lobos open the season Aug. 29 against Idaho State.

Taylor (NAIA - IN): Jared Boddie has been named defensive coordinator at his alma mater, source tells FootballScoop. Boddie spent the past two seasons at West Alabama (D-II) as assistant linebackers coach and prior to that he coached the safeties and linebackers at Taylor.

Pikeville (NAIA - KY): University Of Pikeville is seeking applications for a Special Teams Graduate Assistant. Job Responsibilities include: coaching a position, uploading film to Hudl, making highlight films/graphics, using photoshop, helping with equipment, working with special teams, holding position meetings, assisting in recruiting, assisting with day-to-day special teams preparation and any other areas assigned by the Head Coach or Coordinator. Applicants must be able to work with students and possess strong interpersonal skills. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree. Applicants must be accepted in the University of Pikeville Graduate School. Graduate Assistant will be provided up to 6 hours of classes per 8 weeks, housing and a meal plan. This is a 12 month full-time position that requires knowledge of secondary play, the ability to recruit on the D-3 level and the passion to invest into the lives of our student -athletes.
