Cleveland Browns: St. Ignatius HS (OH) head coach Chuck Kyle has been named youth football advisor with the Browns. Kyle will continue to serve as head coach of the St. Ignatius program where he has worked since 1983.

Washington: Parker Executive Search spent $105,000 on the search for the new athletic director that led to the promotion of interim AD Jennifer Cohen.

Hines Ward: The former Steelers wide receiver is joining HLN's Morning Express With Robin Meade and CNN as a sports contributor, according to The Wrap.

Tennessee: Sources tell FootballScoop that former Arizona Western (JC) offensive line coach Jon Shalala has joined the Vols staff as a defensive graduate assistant.

Concordia (D-III - Chicago, IL): Concordia University Chicago is looking for a graduate assistant on defense with experience playing or coaching in the secondary. This position will come with a stipend, campus housing and graduate classes. Applicants must be able to be accepted into our graduate program, you must have a 3.0 GPA to be accepted. Responsibilities will include coaching a position on the defensive side of the ball, film breakdown, recruiting and other duties assigned by the defensive coordinator and head coach. Fort Valley State (D-II - GA): Fort Valley State has announced three finalists for the head coaching position and they are Point University (NAIA - GA) head coach Kevin Porter, former Kentucky State head coach Joshua Dean, and Charlie Jackson who works with the NCAA as a member of the college football rules enforcement group. A forum will be held for the three finalists at the end of the month.

Nebraska Wesleyan (D-II - NE): Nebraska Wesleyan is looking for a week 2 opponent in 2018 Home or Away. We are also looking for a Week 1 & 2 opponent for 2019 & 2020. D-III opponents only. Please contact head coach Brian Keller at

Big Ten: Scott Chipman has been named the Big Ten's associate commissioner for football operations. Chipman previously served as the associate commissioner for communications for the network.

Tampa Bay Bucs: Antonio Bradford, who serves as the run game coordinator / tackles and tight ends coach at Tennessee State (FCS), has been selected to participate in the Bill Walsh Minority Fellowship program with the Bucs.

Manchester (D-III - IN): Manchester University has one offensive, and one defensive position available. These are full-time, exempt, salaried positions. Oakland Raiders: The Raiders have brought in Benny Boyd to participate in the Bill Walsh Minority Fellowship program with the Raiders. Boyd is the special teams coordinator / defensive backs coach at Central Washington University (D-II) and participated in the Minority Fellowship program with the Steelers in 2010.

College of DuPage (JC – IL): College of DuPage is looking for two volunteer coaches for this upcoming season starting this summer. Looking to bring in one on each side of the ball. These are unpaid entry level positions, with the potential to grow into a stipend position in the future.
