South Dakota School of Mines (D-II): Hardrocker head coach Zach Tinker and the University mutually agreed to part ways the program announced this evening. Following four seasons as offensive coordinator, Tinker ascended to head coach for the 2016 season, accumulating an 18-26 overall record in four seasons. Defensive coordinator Levi Suiaunoa will serve as interim head coach during the search the program has announced.

Southern Nazarene (D-II - OK): Per source, head coach Andy Lambert has resigned after three seasons.

Edinboro (D-II - PA): Head coach Wayne Bradford will not return, the school has announced. Bradford went 7-4 as the interim in 2017, 6-5 as the full-time head coach in 2018 and 3-8 this season. “We appreciate Coach Bradford’s longtime commitment to the football program and to the University, and we wish him well,” said AD Katherine Robbins. “Our program is moving in a new direction, and we will be looking for a new head coach to lead the Fighting Scots.”

Central Oklahoma (D-II): Russ Pickett, assistant head coach / defensive coordinator and recruiting coordinator at the University of Central Oklahoma, has announced his retirement from coaching. Pickett looks forward to spending more time with his family as he seeks new opportunities outside of coaching that provide better work / life balance.

Cornell (D-III - IA): Vince Brautigam will not return as head coach at Cornell, the school has announced. Brautigam led the program for a decade, going 42-56 since taking over, including a 4-5 mark this fall.

Arizona Cardinals: Kliff Kingsbury shared at his media availability earlier this week that there has been no discussions on making a change from Vance Joseph at defensive coordinator.

Concord (D-II - WV): Head coach Paul Price has stepped down, effective immediately. Price led the program from 2016-19 and finished this past season 1-10. A national search has begun to find his replacement.

Davenport (D-II - MI): Davenport University Football is looking for a 2021 Week 7 (10/16/2021) home or away game. Preferably a NCAA DII or NAIA opponent. Please contact Sparky McEwen at smcewen@davenport.edu if interested.

USC: Trojans AD Mike Bohn gave an update on the timing of his Clay Helton decision -- which Utah, not USC, is in control of. We explain here.

Alabama: Details of athletic director Greg Byrne's contract and extension in Tuscaloosa.

FCS playoffs: Conference titles, automatic bids and bowl trips -- everything that's on the line in the final weekend of the FCS regular season.

Northern State (D-II - SD): Head coach Tom Dosch, who has led the program since 2010, has been let go. Dosch went 53-57 overall, including a 6-5 mark this season. A national search is underway for his replacement.

Southeastern Oklahoma (D-II): Southeastern Oklahoma State University is looking to hire a graduate assistant on the defensive side of the ball. Preferably with defensive line experience. Please send resumes to head coach Tyler Fenwick at tfenwick@se.edu.

Graceland (NAIA - IA): Graceland University invites applications for the full time (11-month) position of assistant coach. The successful candidate will serve as the Defensive Coordinator and other program specific duties as assigned by the Head Coach for both the varsity and junior varsity programs. Preference will be given to those who have previous experience with the Hudl video system. Previous collegiate coaching and recruiting experience preferred. The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree. Benedict College (D-II - SC): Head coach Mike White will not return after five seasons on the job.

West Georgia (D-II): Sources tell FootballScoop the program and defensive coordinator Dustin Landry have mutually agreed to part ways.

Fairleigh Dickinson (D-III - NJ): Per source, head coach Brian Surace has been let go after nine seasons and a 22-69 record. We hear offensive coordinator Jimmy Robertson has been named interim head coach.

Michigan State: Mark Dantonio on if he plans to coach past this season.
