Stony Brook: Carmen Felus is joining the staff as co-offensive coordinator / quarterbacks and offensive line coach Chris Bache is adding the c0-offensive coordinator title as well. Felus spent the past two seasons at West Alabama.

Rhodes College (D-III - TN): Peter Jennings, offensive coordinator at Carroll University (WI), will be joining the Rhodes College staff as the new offensive coordinator source tells FootballScoop. 

Washington State: Source tells FootballScoop Texas A&M Commerce receivers coach Drew Hollingshead has accepted an offensive grad assistant position at Washington State.

Oregon State: Hawaii special teams coordinator Jake Cookus is moving closer to family and will serve as special teams analyst at Oregon State per source.

USC: Source tells FootballScoop LSU's director of player personnel Austin Thomas will be the new assistant athletic director over personnel, recruiting and NFL research at USC. Thomas was recently selected Director of Player Personnel of the year by his peers. Thomas began working at USC in 2010 and was promoted to assistant director of recruiting / operations in 2012. In early 2013 he was offered a position as director of recruiting & player personnel at Bowling Green but shortly thereafter was offered the role at LSU which he accepted in April 2013.

ULM: LaMar Morgan has been announced as defensive backs coach and Matt Powledge as tight ends coach.

Arizona Christian (NAIA): Arizona Christian University is looking to hire a running backs coach. There is a small stipend for this position. Recruiting and general assistant coach responsibilities is required. There are no benefits/room/board available. Minorities encouraged to apply. Alcorn State: Per source, defensive graduate assistant Kenry Tolbert has been promoted to a full-time position coaching the outside linebackers and defensive ends on staff.

Sam Houston State: Brad Sherrod, who has shared defensive coordinator duties the past two seasons, has been named the program's lone defensive coordinator, andRodrique Wright (who coached the defensive ends the past two years) will coach the defensive line.

Allegheny College (D-III - PA): Randy Moore has been hired as the program's new defensive coordinator. Moore spent the past six seasons as the head coach at at Hiram College (D-III - OH).

San Francisco 49ers: The organization has announced that Al Guido will be the team's new president and Paraag Marthe will move into the role of Chief Strategy Officer / EVP of Football Operations.

University of Virginia-Wise (D-II): Kenneth Martin has been hired to coach the defensive line. Martin spent last season as the defensive coordinator at Warren Central HS (KY).

Auburn: Arizona State director for recruiting Patrick Suddes is leaving to join the Auburn staff as director of player personnel, per multiple outlets.

Austin Peay (FCS - KY): Carter Crutchfield has joined the program as director of operations and recruiting coordinator. Crutchfield's appointment marks the first time in program history that APSU has had a full-time position dedicated to recruiting and operations. He served in a similar role at Chattanooga with new AP head coach Will Healy the past three seasons.

Hutchinson CC (KS): Per source, Detrick Belvin, who spent last season as the director of recruiting / NFL liaison and assistant secondary coach at Tulane, has accepted the running backs job.

Michigan: Flanagan HS (FL) head coach Devin Bush Sr. has been hired as a defensive analyst on staff. Bush Sr. led the Flanagan HS program to a state title this past season.

Scoop him up:Andy R. Siegal spent last season as the offensive coordinator at Savannah State (FCS - GA) and is now looking to land a full-time position at the FBS level. Siegal is a seasoned clinic speaker with experience at the Nike Coach of the Year Clinics as well as serving as a guest speaker for Tony Franklin Systems, Glazier Coaching Clinics, FACA Coaching Clinics and at USC and the University of Florida. Coach Siegal has recruiting experience in nearly 25 different states including Alabama, Texas, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii and New Jersey, as well as internationally. Over the course of his coaching career at Nebraska-Kearney, East Mississippi CC, Southern Miss, and a variety of other stops, Siegal has built relationships with Art Briles, Earnest Wilson, Larry Fedora, Todd Monken, Chris Kapilivic, Jay Rodgers, and Darrell Morris. Tufts (D-III - MA): Tom Beaton, who has been an assistant at Tufts the past six seasons, most recently as running backs / slot receivers coach and recruiting coordinator, has been tabbed the new head coach at Williston Northampton HS (MA).

Philadelphia Eagles: The Eagles and college scouting coordinator Matt Lindsey have mutually agreed to part ways source tells FootballScoop.

West Virginia: Cornerbacks coach Brian Mitchell is leaving to join Justin Fuente's staff at Virginia Tech according to Mike Casazza of the Charleston Gazette-Mail. We can confirm.

Missouri Valley (NAIA): Missouri Valley College, located in Marshall, MO is seeking applicants for an undergraduate assistant football coach/equipment room position working with the offensive side of the football. Compensation includes: full tuition remission (no stipend). Position includes but is not limited to: working with an offensive position group (will determine based off the strength of applicants), assisting with aspects of special teams, video editing (HUDL), on-campus recruiting responsibilities, computer skills, and other duties assigned by the head coach. Coffeyville CC (KS): Coffeyville has openings for next year in the positions of student assistant. Student coaches are needed for all three phases in terms of offense, defense, and special teams. These positions are for current students who Will be entering college this coming year. Student assistant coaches will receive the same scholarship that the athletes receive. Books and tuition payed. Indiana State: In addition to hiring Gary Hyman to coach tight ends and special teams, per source, defensive line coach Shannon Jackson has added the title of run game coordinator, Jami DeBerry has moved from special teams to pass game coordinator, and former Notre Dame GA Maurice Crum, Jr., has been hired to coach corners and nickel backs.

Illinois: New AD Josh Whitman has a five-year deal worth $600,000 annually.

USC: According to the LA Times, USC will consider athletic director candidates without previous USC ties. Every athletic director USC has had, dating back to 1984 has had previous ties to the school.

Wheaton College (D-III - IL): At Wheaton, sources tell us that offensive line coach Jesse Scott has been promoted to offensive coordinator, taking the position left by Jody Sears, who took the head coaching job at Benedictine (D-III - IL). Also, linebackers coach Eric Terrazas has been promoted to pass game coordinator / quarterbacks coach and defensive backs coach JJ Clark has been promoted to associate defensive coordinator / linebackers coach.

Southern Miss: Alcorn State outside linebackers / director of operations Wes Turner is joining Jay Hopson at Southern Miss as director of recruiting sources tell FootballScoop.

California University of Pennsylvania (D-II): St. Francis (FCS - PA) defensive coordinator Mike Craig has accepted the same position on staff at California University of Pennsylvania, per source.

UTEP: Derrius Bell, who served in a quality control capacity and graduate assistant at a few seasons ago at SMU, has joined the staff as corners coach.

LSU: Cam Cameron still has not agreed to a new contract. His current contract expires in less than 45 days. Asked about the status yesterday, athletic director Joe Alleva simply said "We're working on that."

UTSA: Patrick Toney has joined the staff as defensive backs coach. Toney worked as the secondary coach at Sam Houston State last season.

Notre Dame:Notre Dame is seeking to hire a full-time graphic design intern for football recruiting. This will be a paid position including full health benefits for the individual. The intern will be required to work on-campus. No housing is provided. Minimum qualifications include a bachelors degree and proven experience in graphic design either in college or at a different job. Toledo: Florida offensive quality control coach Marquel Blackwell is expected to become the new running backs coach for Jason Candle at Toledo, per SI.

Sam Houston State: Per source, Slippery Rock (D-II - PA) offensive coordinator Zack Patterson is heading to Sam Houston State as running backs coach.

Green Bay Packers: Mike McCarthy has announced the additions of Brian Angelichio (TEs), Ejiro Evero (defensive QC), Luke Getsy (WRs), Ben Sirmans (RBs), and David Raih (assistant OL)

Western Illinois (FCS):Western Illinois is looking for a home game on September 2, 2017. An FCS opponent would be preferred. Please contact DFO David Milke at dm-milke@wiu.edu.

Kansas: Corners coach / co-defensive coordinator Kenny Perry has added the recruiting coordinator title.
