Auburn: Blake Gideon, who played safety for Champ at Texas and was at Florida as a QC, will follow Champ to Auburn as a grad assistant.

San Diego State: Per source, former UNLV head coach Bobby Hauck will join the San Diego State staff as special teams coordinator.

Emporia State (D-II - KS): Ohio University offensive grad assistant Tony Koehling has accepted the offensive line job at Emporia State.

New York Giants: The Giants have announced Steve Spagnuolo as defensive coordinator and Tim Walton as cornerbacks coach.

Dallas Cowboys: The Cowboys have promoted assistant offensive line coach Frank Pollack to offensive line coach.

Vanderbilt: Per source, Vanderbilt plans to hire Dartmouth College receivers coach Cortez Hankton. Hankton hails from New Orleans and played in the league for six years.

San Francisco 49ers: Chris Foerster is heading to San Francisco as the offensive line coach, according to Ian Rapoport.

Buffalo Bills: In addition to hiring Dennis Thurman (DC), Rex Ryan will also be bringing Bobby April III (LBs), Karl Dunbar (DL), Tim McDonald (DBs), Jason Oszvart (strength and conditioning assistant), Eric Smith (ST assistant), Tony Sparano Jr. (TEs), and Jeff Weeks (assistant DL), per Pro Football Talk. PFT also notes that Donnie Henderson, who coached the defensive backs last season for the Bills and who has a history with Ryan while with the Ravens, will be retained and share secondary duties with McDonald.

Washington Redskins: According to Ed Werder of ESPN, the Redskins have brought former Dallas Cowboys offensive coordinator Bill Callahan on board and signed him to a three-year contract.

Baylor: The school has officially hired Cris Dishman as secondary coach. The 13-year NFL player replaces Brian Norwood, who accepted a co-defensive coordinator job with Philip Montgomery at Tulsa.

Minnesota: We're hearing that Minnesota has a strong internal candidate for their defensive quality control job, and that they are looking to make a hire after signing day. Buffalo Bills: The organization has made it official, Dennis Thurman is the new defensive coordinator of the Bills.

Johnson C. Smith University (D-II - NC): Steven Aycock has resigned from the head coaching post, the school has announced.

Merrimack College (D-II - MA):Merrimack College is looking for a game for the weekend of 9/5/15. We are flexible and will be willing to play a day or a night game on Thursday through Saturday. Prefer D2 but will consider FCS or D3. Please email quarterbacks coach Andrew Dresner at Dresnera@merrimack.edu if you have interest in the game.

Buffalo: Per source, Rob Ianello will join Lance Leipold's staff as associate head coach / receivers / recruiting coordinator. SI has also reported that he will join the staff.

Georgia: Offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer will make $950,000 annually, and offensive line coach Rob Sale will make $400,000, according to UGA. UGA has also announced that Tracy Rocker and Bryan McClendon has both received significant raises. Rocker, who earned $300,000 last season will make $500,000 this year, and McClendon will make $350,000 after making $235,000 last year. Defensive coordinator Jeremy Pruitt will make $1.3 million, up from $850,000 in 2014.

Chicago Bears: The Bears will reportedly hire John Fox as their next head coach according to Jason Cole of Bleacher Report.

UNC Pembroke (D-II - NC): University of West Georgia (D-II) centers and guards coach Cody Kennedy has accepted the offensive line job at UNC Pembroke.

University of Calgary (Canada): Longtime assistant coach Wayne Harris Jr. has taken over as interim head coach of the Dinos following the resignation of Steve Buratto.

Dallas Cowboys: The Cowboys have reached an agreement for a contract extension with offensive play-caller Scott Linehan according to Ian Rapoport.

San Bernardino Valley College (CC - CA): San Bernardino Valley College is looking for an offensive line coach. The stipend is $3,500-$4,500 for the season. This is not a full-time position but if you have a Masters degree you may have an opportunity to teach a class. Qualified candidates can reach head coach John Shipp at 714-745-1628.

Baylor: Former San Diego Chargers assistant defensive backs coach, and longtime NFL DB Chris Dishman has joined the staff as defensive backs coach and Tate Wallis, a former assistant director of ops at Baylor, will take over as receivers coach.

Cleveland Browns: The Browns have parted way with receivers coach Mike McDaniel, per Jeremy Fowler.

ECU: Offensive line coach Brandon Jones has added the title of run game coordinator and offensive staff assistant Garrett Riley has been promoted to receivers coach, per Fox Sports.

San Francisco 49ers: Alex Marvez reports that the entire staff, except running backs coach Tom Rathman, has been let go by new head coach Jim Tomsula.

Berry College (D-III - GA): Berry College invites applications and nominations for the full-time, 10-month position of Assistant Football (Defense)/Track and Field Coach. Washington Redskins: Adam Schefter is reporting that San Francisco defensive coordinator Vic Fangio will not be a part of the new Niners staff and that Fangio is in consideration to fill the defensive coordinator spot on the Redskins staff.

Castleton State (D-III - VT): Former head coach Marc Klatt has been promoted to head coach at Wade Hampton HS (SC). Klatt spent last season as the defensive coordinator at Wade Hampton HS.
