University of Cumberlands (NAIA - KY): Paul Pitts, Shorter University (D-II - GA) offensive line coach, will join the staff as offensive coordinator per sources. 

Notre Dame: Mike Denbrock has been officially announced as Notre Dame's offensive coordinator. 

Georgia: Former USC linebackers coach Mike Ekeler has emerged as "a serious candidate" to join the staff and will meet with Mark Richt this week according to Seth Emerson of the Columbus Ledger-Enquirer. 

Cleveland Browns: Former Tennessee Titans offensive coordinator Dowell Loggains is in Cleveland and will join Mike Pettine's staff, likely as quarterbacks coach, according to Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain-Dealer. 

Kansas City Chiefs: Coastal Carolina running backs / special teams Brock Olivio has accepted a position with the Chiefs per Ryan Young and Dave Matter. Matter reports that Olivio will serve as assistant special teams coach with the Chiefs. 

Shorter University (D-II - GA): Blake DeBartola has been promoted to offensive line coach per sources. 

Jackson State (FCS - MS): Sources tell us Paul Spicer has joined the staff, presumably as defensive line coach. Spicer served as assistant defensive line coach for the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2012. 

Navy: Navy has announced the hiring of Dan O'Brien as assistant outside linebackers coach. 

Tennessee Titans: The Titans have added Nick Eason as an assistant defensive line coach.

Averett (D-III - VA): Cleive Adams has been named head coach at Averett University. Adams spent last season at Ferrum College where he served as defensive coordinator since 2007.

St. Scholastica (D-III - MN): Head coach Greg Carlson has announced that he plans to retire. Carlson spent six years as the head coach, leading the program to the playoffs the past three straight seasons.

North Carolina: Sources tell us Oklahoma State special teams grad assistant Ty Linder is joining the Carolina staff in a similar capacity. 

Stetson (FCS - FL): Stetson is accepting applications for a Part-Time Offensive Assistant Coach. Applicants with experience coaching running backs or tight ends is preferred. Special teams experience is also desirable. The position is a 10 month appointment paying approximately $7000 with no benefits. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree required. Previous college coaching and recruiting experience are preferred. Working knowledge of video and recruiting software, as well as other computer softwares (Word, Excel, etc) and social media is required. As this position requires operation of University vehicles and traveling for recruiting purposes, the possession and maintenance of a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record is required. Holmes CC (MS): Former Georgia Southern and Rhode Island head coach Tim Stowers will be the new offensive coordinator at Holmes per sources. From 2010 - 2012 Stowers served as co-offensive coordinator and offensive line coach at Central Connecticut State.

Virginia: Sources we have spoken with expect Mike Archer to coach the safeties. 

Bryant University (FCS - RI): Bryant is looking to hire a part time quarterbacks coach. QUALIFICATIONS: This position is best filled by an individual with an undergraduate degree and five or more years of collegiate football experience at the Division I level. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assisting the Head Coach in developing and implementing clinic(s), summer camp(s), and on-campus tryouts, Developing and overseeing an electronic system to ensure accurate and timely equipment inventory, repair, replacement, issue and retrieval; coordinating various activities involved in scheduling facilities and events; SALARY: $500 per months – 10 months Plus 10 meals a week, Housing provided. Miami Dolphins: Per sources, Wagner offensive line coach Ben Martin will join the Dolphins' staff as an offensive assistant. 

The NFL and FBS may have wrapped up, but there's still HC movement at the FCS level and below

Georgetown (FCS): With head coach Kevin Kelly joining Pete Lembo's staff at Ball State (see below), the school has announced that assistant head coach / defensive coordinator Rob Sgarlata will serve as the interim head coach.

Army: Army will hire Lafayette College defensive coordinator John Loose as linebackers coach according to Brad Wilson of Lehigh Valley Times. 

Minot State (D-II - ND): The Minot Daily News is reporting that former Minnesota State-Mankato head coach Todd Hoffner will be the next head coach. 

Virginia: Mike Archer has been announced as a defensive staff member (position to be finalized). Archer most recently served as defensive coordinator at NC State from 2007 - 2012. 

Ball State: Georgetown University head coach Kevin Kelly will be the new defensive coordinator at Ball State per sources. That's a strong hire. 

Alabama A&M: Bishop Verot HS (FL) head coach / athletic director Phil Dorn has accepted the offensive coordinator job.

Concordia University (D-III - Chicago, IL): Concordia University is seeking an offensive line coach. This is a full time position with benefits included. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, be cleared by university to drive university vehicles and must clear all university background checks. Candidate should demonstrate both excellent communication and leadership skills. Preference will be given to those candidates who have played or coached offensive line collegiately and exhibit knowledge in the area of strength and conditioning.
