New Mexico: Bob Davie's deal is six years. He'll be paid $700,000 in year 1 and then $760,000 in each of the next five. 

Missouri: Dave Steckel will perform the duties of the head coach this weekend while Gary Pinkel serves a one game suspension. Pinkel will forfeit nearly $300,000 in salary and bonus this year and his pay will be frozen for one year. 

Thiel College: We hear that running backs coach Billy Blankenship has also resigned. 

St. Ambrose (NAIA - IA): St Ambrose University (NAIA) in Davenport, Iowa has a restricted earnings position open. The opening is for a Defensive Line coaching position. The position will also include coordinating and managing the equipment room. The salary is $10,000 with no benefits. The position will begin on Jan 18th and will run for 10 months. Looking for applicants that have a passion for coaching and the energy to perform all the duties associated with a full time coach. St. John's (DIII - MN): John Gagliardi made it clear today that he will return for his 60th season in 2012.

University of Indianapolis (DII): Indianapolis has open dates for the 2012 and 2013 seasons. 2012: September 8th and November 3rd. 2013: September 14th and November 9th. Please contact Bob Bartolomeo, Head Football Coach, at or at (317) 788-3556.

University of Minnesota Crookston (DII): Head coach Charles Moller has resigned. Offensive coordinator Paul Miller will serve as the interim head coach.

Olivet (DIII - MI): Head coach Rich Hulkow has decided to retire. The search for a new head football coach will begin immediately.
