Idaho: Eastern Washington defensive backs coach Torey Hunter has joined the staff as corners coach. Defensive coordinator Mark Criner will now coach the linebackers.

Wright State: Our sources tell us defensive line coach Keith Mora has added the title of assistant head coach at Wright State, which will play their home game on campus for the first time ever.

Idaho: Our sources tell us linebackers coach Rob Christoff has left the program to pursue other opportunities.

American International College: (grad assistant job) is a private, coeducational institution of higher education located on a 52 acre campus in Springfield, Massachusetts. American International College, an NCAA Division II member of the Northeast 10 Conference, invites applicants for the position of Graduate Assistant for Assistant Football Coach. In compliance with NCAA and NE-10 rules and regulations, the individual will coordinates practice planning, game preparation and athletic conditioning, coordinate recruiting and scouting and performs related duties as required. The Graduate Assistant will be reporting to the Head Football Coach. The Essential Job Functions include: Assisting head coach in all aspects of the program; recruiting; on field teaching and player development; monitoring student athletes’ academic progress; and administration duties assigned by the head coach. The individual must meet the following Qualifications: Must have Bachelor's degree; must be accepted into a Master's program at AIC; coaching experience at the collegiate level preferred; strong knowledge of the sport of Football; ability to work evening, weekends, and holidays as the schedule dictates; valid driver’s license is required, with ability to travel; and knowledge of NCAA regulations and ability to pass NCAA recruiting test within 90 days. Please visit for a Graduate Assistantship Application Form. FAU: Head coach Howard Schnellenberger will hold a press conference later today to announce this will be his last season as head coach. Schnellenberg started the program from scratch in 2001.

Mansfield University: (Mansfield, Pennsylvania), member of Collegiate Sprint Football League, has a late opening for one (1) paid assistant coach on the defensive side of the ball. Bachelor’s degree required. Pay will be 1500 (somewhat negotiable) plus on campus room (no meals) and contract will run August 22nd until November 11th. If interested, email Dan Davis at ASAP. Also have the possibility of a volunteer assistant coaching position (defense), can offer free housing in an on-campus room (no meals), but no salary. Lots of part-time jobs in area, though.
