Texas Tech: TCU safeties coach Chad Glascow (2010 FootballScoop defensive backs coach of the year) has accepted the defensive coordinator role at Texas Tech. 

IUP: FootballScoop has learned that Alabama wide receivers coach Curt Cignetti has accepted the head coaching job at IUP where his father served as the head coach for 20 years and won 14 conference championships.

Denver Broncos: Wide receivers coach Adam Gase will now coach the quarterbacks. Former Carolina special teams coordinator Jeff Rodgers accepted the same position with the Broncos and his brother Jay has been retained as defensive quality control.

UL-Lafayette: Our sources tell us Jorge Munoz will be retained from the previous staff, but will now coach the wide receivers.

CAL: We have learned Jim Michalczik accepted the offensive line job.

Tennessee Titans: Defensive coordinator Chuck Cecil will not return.

Western Kentucky University: is seeking a Graduate Assistant Coach for offense. This position will also be responsible for providing athletic coaching, supervision, recruiting, academic monitoring, and other duties related to the sport of football as assigned by the offensive coordinator and head coach. The primary role of this position is to assist in coaching, developing, evaluating and monitoring of the running backs. In addition this position will be responsible for defensive and special team scout teams. Successful candidates must possess the ability to learn and utilize XOS Editing Software. Candidate must also process strong organizational and communication skills. Western Kentucky: WKU offensive grad assistant Brian Rector accepted the head coaching job at Centennial HS (TN).

North Carolina Central: Four coaches from Prairie View A&M have followed Henry Frazier to North Carolina Central. Dwayne Foster(offensive line / assistant head coach / recruiting coordinator), Michael Bryant (offensive coordinator / quarterbacks), Roy Jones (tight ends / DFO), and Lamar Manigo (wide receivers) followed Frazier. Four coaches from the previous staff have been retained include Mike McGlinchey (running backs / special teams coordinator), Jamar Harp (assistant offensive line / video coordinator), Andre George (assistant defensive backs), Antoine Rivens (defensive line). John Morgan has been hired as defensive coordinator / defensive backs coach. Mike Mendenhall has been hired as linebackers / assistant special teams coach. Mendenhall previously served as a grad assistant at New Mexico.

Miami (FL): Former ULL defensive backs coach Hurlie Brown accepted an off-the-field position on Al Golden's staff.

Duke: Jim Knowles has been promoted to defensive coordinator. 

Minnesota Vikings: Tennessee Titans running backs coach Craig Johnson has been hired as quarterbacks coach. Former Carolina Panthers offensive coordinator Jeff Davidson has been hired as offensive line coach.

CAL: Our sources tell us Jeff Tedford has talked with Oakland Raiders offensive line coach Jim Michalczik about returning to CAL as offensive line coach.

Charlie Cowdrey: Former Illinois State head coach Charlie Cowdrey passed away at the age of 77. Please keep his family and friends in your thoughts.

Miami (FL): The Miami Herald is reporting Art Kehoe will interview for the offensive line job. Kehoe is the offensive line coach with Sacramento (UFL) franchise. He coached at Miami (FL) for 25 years.

Gardner-Webb: We have learned that Marshall tight ends coach Phil Ratliff interviewed for the Gardner-Webb head coaching job.

Southwestern College (KS): Offense (WR/QB) / Defense (DL/DB) Assistant Football Coach/Video Coordinator (DSV) Located in Winfield, KS. This is a part-time position with a stipend ranging from 8,000 to 11,000 plus housing and meals. Responsibilities will include recruiting and coaching your own position. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, collegiate playing experience and or coaching experience, excellent communication and leadership skills. Could possibly include graduate work if qualify. South Alabama: We have learned that Spanish Fort HS (AL) head coach Bryant Vincent accepted the tight ends at South Alabama.

Miami (FL): Tim "Ice" Harris has left the staff and will return to Booker T. Washington HS. Harris served in an off-the-field capacity at Miami.

Oklahoma State: There is a report that Southern Miss wide receivers coach Kasey Dunn has accepted a position at Oklahoma State. We have yet to confirm.

Baltimore Ravens: Assistant offensive line coach Andy Moeller has been promoted to offensive line coach.

Houston Texans: The Texans have hired Dallas Cowboys linebackers coach Reggie Herring for the same position.

LSU: Multiple reports say Steve Kragthorpe has accepted the offensive coordinator / quarterbacks job at LSU.

Philadelphia Eagles: The Eagles have requested permission to interview Baltimore Ravens linebackers coach Dean Pees for the defensive coordinator job.

Washburn University: Brock Luke is the new defensive line coach at Washburn University.

FIU: Our sources tell us UCONN defensive coordinator / inside linebackers coach Todd Orlando will be offered the defensive coordinator job at FIU.

Miami Dolphins: Our sources tell us Philadelphia Eagles special teams quality control Jeff Nixon has accepted a position with the Dolphins.

UCONN: We hear Miami Dolphins tight ends coach George DeLeone has been hired by Paul Pasqualoni.

Arizona Western College: Offense (WR/RB/QB) / Defense (DL) Assistant Football Coach/Video Coordinator (DSV) Located in Yuma, Arizona. Colorado: Former Carolina Panthers quarterbacks coach Rip Scherer has accepted the quarterbacks job at Colorado.

Wisconsin: The 49ers have requested permission to interview Wisconsin offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach Paul Chryst.

Western State: Chadron State grad assistant John McDonough accepted the quarterback / passing game coordinator job.

Blinn JC: Offensive coordinator / quarterbacks / wide receivers coach Ronny Feldman was promoted to head coach at Blinn JC.

St. Louis Rams: Quarterbacks coach Dick Curl has retired.

Philadelphia Eagles: The Eagles will interview New Orleans Saints defensive backs coach Dennis Allen for the defensive coordinator job.

Seattle Seahawks: Pete Carroll has hired former Minnesota Vikings assistant Darrell Bevell as offensive coordinator.

Baltimore Ravens: Offensive line coach John Matsko will not return. Matsko already is slated to interview with the Carolina Panthers today.

Oakland Raiders: Al Saunders has interviewed for the offensive coordinator position.
