Joe Wickline: Wickline and Oklahoma State settled their lawsuit today with Wickline reportedly agreeing to pay $250,000 to Oklahoma State.
Nevada: Per source, Brian Polian has offered the offensive coordinator position to former Montana State offensive coordinator Tim Cramsey. We expect this to become formal tomorrow at the earliest.
Austin Peay (FCS - TN): Sources tell FootballScoop that Will Healy is pulling his staff together quickly. Per source Brandon Cooper will join as co-defensive coordinator / defensive backs, Marcus West will be co-defensive coordinator / defensive line / assistant head coach, Wes Satterfield will be offensive coordinator / quarterbacks, Kevin Revis will be tackles & tight ends and Carter Crutchfield will join the staff as director of football operations & recruiting. Cooper is currently linebackers / special teams coordinator at Murray State, West (DL) & Crutchfield (DFO) are leaving UTC, Satterfield is leaving Southeastern Louisiana where he coached the quarterbacks and Revis is an offensive assistant at Jacksonville State.
UNC: Quarterbacks coach Keith Heckendorf will call the plays for the Tar Heels in today's bowl game against Baylor.
Rhodes College (D-III - TN): Washington University (D-III - St. Louis, MO) defensive coordinator Jim Ryan has been named head coach at Rhodes College.
Washington State: The Cougars have announced a contract extension for Mike Leach through the 2020 season, a one-year add-on to his existing deal. Defensive coordinator Alex Grinch and assistant head coach/defensive line coach Joe Salave’a have also signed multi-year contracts.
Jacksonville: Owner Shad Khan has publicly confirmed that Gus Bradley will remain in the head coaching position for the 2016 season.
Penn State: Defensive coordinator Bob Shoop noted today that he hopes to be around as long as the Penn State program wants him around and that he has not, and will not, intervew elsewhere.
Kentucky: Eddie Gran has the title of assistant head coach offensive and Darin Hinshaw will have the co-offensive coordinator title.
Tulane: The Advocate is reporting the following assistants are coming from Georgia Southern... Doug Ruse, Dell McGee, Alex Atkins, Jack Curtis, Kevin Peoples and Mike Mutz. Fritz has retained Jason Rollins. The two positions to be determined are receivers and tight ends.
Texas State: Per source, Sam Houston State head coach K.C. Keeler has interviewed for the head coaching position at Texas State.
James Madison (FCS - VA): Per source, JMU has their defensive hires ready to join the staff. Once formalized, sources tell FootballScoop Randall McCray (defensive coordinator at Gardner Webb) will be the new defensive coordinator / safeties, Vince Oghobaase (assistant defensive line coach at Ohio State) will be the new defensive line coach and Tyler Santucci (Wake Forest grad assistant working with the rovers) will be the new outside linebackers coach.

Oregon State: Per source, Utah State defensive coordinator Kevin Clune is headed to Corvallis to "interview" for the same role. Clune previously served as defensive coordinator at Hawaii and coached linebackers at Utah State from 2009-2013. Clune served as defensive coordinator at Weber State and Southern Utah prior to joining the staff at Utah State.
Scoop him up:Neil Parry just wrapped up his time as a defensive graduate assistant at San Jose State in May, where he also played. After coming back from an injury that required 25 surgeries to return to as a team captain three years later, Parry earned a number of awards, including a 2004 ESPY nomination, the 2003 Disney Spirit Award, and the Jim Valvano Don't Ever Give Up Award. Parry, who has worked under Ron Caragher, Bob Biggs, and Mike MacIntyre, is looking to land somewhere at the college level in a quality control role, or defensive assistant position.
Kentucky: Cincinnati offensive coordinator Eddie Gran has accepted the offensive coordinator job. Further, Cincinnati quarterbacks coach Darin Hinshaw is also moving to Kentucky as quarterbacks / co-offensive coordinator. That's a big win for UK. Also, running backs coach Chad Scott will move to receivers.
Western Illinois: The Leathernecks have announced two candidates for their head coaching position that are schedule to be on campus this week. The two coaches are Richmond offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach Charlie Fisher and former Montana State head coach Rob Ash. Fisher will be on campus Wednesday, and Ash is scheduled for Thursday.
Southern Illinois: Per source, North Dakota safeties coach Marty Rodgers is leaving to become the defensive backs / co-defensive coordinator at SIU.
Indianpolis Colts: Head coach Chuck Pagano told the Indianapolis Star that he has had no meeting regarding his future with the team with owner Jim Irsay. The Colts are sitting at 7-8 heading into the final week of the regular season.
Auburn: To end any speculation that may be swirling, Auburn director of athletics Jay Jacobs noted today on the Opening Drive that he will be returning to Auburn by stating, "Absolutely, I'm going to be back at Auburn."
Rutgers: Ohio State quality control coach Bill Busch will coach the defensive backs at Rutgers, per multiple reports and we can confirm. Busch is a former winner of our Defensive Backs Coach of the Year Award.
Army: Defensive assistants Ray McCartney (DL) and Orlando Mitjans Jr. (corners) are no longer part of the staff.
Fayetteville State (D-II - NC): Winston-Salem State (D-II - NC) defensive coordinator Richard Hayes has accepted the head coaching job at Fayetteville State. Hayes spent the past six seasons at Winston-Salem State where they've gone 60-13 in that span with three conference titles and a D-II runner up finish in 2012.
Miami Dolphins: Miami Herald columnist Armando Salguero reports that the Dolphins will consider Jim Mora for their head coaching opening. Salguero notes that Mike Tannebaum will be the point man for the search.
Chaffey CC (JC – CA): Chaffey College is seeking two qualified applicants for an assistant football coach working with the quarterbacks and running backs (gun zone read option background). Desired qualifications include a Master’s degree in Kinesiology/Physical Education or Exercise Science. Experience and relationships in Southern California is preferred. Applicants must have experience with Hudl digital editing system and be highly motivated to recruit. Prospective applicant’s responsibilities would include administrative duties in game week organization and preparation, video breakdown of games and practices, opponent scout, and creating tendency reports. Will have own on-field coaching and recruiting responsibilities. This is a stipend position, with possible teaching assignment for qualified applicants.
