Alabama: Nick Saban earned a total of $7.969 million in 2015 according to Aaron Suttles of TideSports.com.

Army: Jeff Monken has announced the additions of Chad Wilt (DL), ShaDon Brown (corners) and Daryl Dixon (OLBs). Wilt spent the past two seasons at Maryland coaching the defensive line, Brown spent the past five seasons at Wofford where he coached the safeties last season and the corners for the four years prior to that, and Dixon spent the past seven seasons at Ball State as the defensive backs coach. In addition, Mike Viti will move into a new role working with the fullbacks, Sean Saturnio will work with the tight ends and serve as special teams coordinator, Bob Bodine is moving from tight ends to an assistant coach with the offensive line, and Danny Verpaele is now director of scouting after serving as the assistant offensive line coach last season.

Missouri: Former Mizzou strength coach and former FootballScoop Strength & Conditioning Coach of the Year winner Pat Ivey has moved into a new role as MU's assistant vice chancellor for inclusion, diversity and equity, a role outside of athletics. He will earn $150,000, down from his $280,000 salary as strength coach.

Methodist University (D-III - NC): Methodist University is accepting applications for this full-time position working with the wide receivers or quarterbacks. Responsibilities include coaching a position (quarterbacks or wide receivers preferred) and assisting the head coach in all aspects of organizing, developing and implementing best practices for our football program in accordance with NCAA III and Methodist University guidelines, regulations and philosophies. Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred….successful coaching experience required with demonstrated experience in the recruitment of student/athletes at the NCAA III level. Rutgers: Rutgers is looking to hire a post-production video assistant. The position will consist of creating highlight films, daily social media videos, etc. Interested candidates can email resumes to Brett Arnold in the football operations department at barnold@scarletknights.com.

RPI (D-III - NY): Per source, RPI has a part-time position available working with the defensive line.

Samford: Head coach Chris Hatcher has announced the additions of Ricky Turner (DFO), Derrick Foster (RBs), and Mike Krysl (special teams). Turner served as the program's special teams quality control coach and player personnel assistant last season, Foster joins the staff from Northwestern State where he coached the wide receivers the last two seasons, and Krysl served as the director of player personnel the last two years at Georgia Southern.

Michigan: Sources tell FootballScoop that Jim Harbaugh has brought in Washington Redskins quality control coach / assistant defensive backs coach Aubrey Pleasant to interview for the defensive backs position vacated by Greg Jackson's departure to coach the safeties with the Dallas Cowboys.

Western Kentucky: Dale Williams has been announced as the new offensive line coach on Jeff Brohm's staff. Williams last coached in 2011 at FAU where he served as offensive line coach under Howard Schnellenberger.

Louisiana-Monroe: Alan Ricard, who previously served as an offensive graduate assistant, has been named running backs coach.

Charlotte: Ulrick Edmonds, who had been serving as the quality control director for the football program at NC State, has joined the Charlotte staff as outside linebackers coach. Edmonds previously coached the linebackers at Old Dominion, and prior to that spent a decade on the staff at James Madison coaching the tight ends, running backs, and serving as recruiting coordinator.

Central Connecticut State (FCS): Central Connecticut State University seeks applicants for two positions. The first position will work as a volunteer assistant coach / video coordinator. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the program's video needs, assisting in recruiting and assisting a position coach. The second position is a volunteer assistant coach / assistant football operations. Responsibilities include assisting in all aspects of football operations, assisting in recruiting and assisting a position coach. Local candidates heavily encouraged to apply. Scoop him up: Former Penn State starting quarterbackAnthony Morelli has spent the past few years establishing a Sports Performance and Quarterbacks Academy in Indiana. Morelli has spent the past five years training athletes and quarterbacks and is now looking for opportunities to coach at the college level. Coming out of high school, Morelli was the #1 ranked quarterback in the country, and following his playing days at Penn State, he bounced around the NFL, UFL and Arena leagues. In regards to the coaching profession, Morelli has built relationships with Penn State head coach James Franklin, PSU offensive coordinator Joe Moorhead, and Temple defensive line coach Elijah Robinson. Oklahoma: Calvin Thibodeaux, a former Sooner who spent last season coaching the defensive line at Kansas, will be the new defensive line coach for the Sooners, per SoonerScoop as well as a number of other reports. We can confirm the pending hire.

Kentucky: Per the Courier-Journal, Mark Stoops plans to hire Eastern Kentucky (FCS) safeties coach Brian Landis and former Kansas special teams coordinator Louie Matsakis as quality control coaches.

Point University (NAIA - GA):Point University is looking for a game on either October 29, 2016 or November 12, 2016. If interested please contact coach Mike McCarty at mike.mccarty@point.edu.

Southern Miss: Sources tell FootballScoop that West Georgia (D-II) assistant head coach / receivers coach / recruiting coordinator Desmond Lindsey has agreed to join the Southern Miss staff.

Louisiana-Monroe: Cole Dial, who spent the past six seasons on staff at Syracuse, has been hired as director of recruiting and player personnel at ULM, per source.

Mississippi State: John White, who most recently was an offensive quality control assistant at Princeton, has been hired as an offensive graduate assistant, per source.

Duke: Offensive line coach John Latina has decided to retire. Marcus Johnson, who is a former NFL lineman that served as an offensive quality control coach previously, has been promoted to offensive line coach.

Texas A&M: Mississippi State defensive line coach David Turner will be the Aggies' defensive line coach according to Michael Bonner of the Jackson Clarion-Ledger. We can confirm and add that Turner will receive a two year deal at A&M following his interview yesterday.

Miami (OH): Corners coach John Hauser has been promoted to c0-defensive coordinator.

Austin Peay (FCS - KY): Brandon Cooper has joined the staff as co-defensive coordinator / defensive backs coach after spending one season at Murray State where he coached the linebackers and coordinated the special teams.

Arkansas State: Stephen F. Austin defensive graduate assistant Matt Ellerbrock has accepted a defensive graduate assistant position, per source.

Winston Salem-State (D-II): Robert Massey has been hired to coach the secondary. Massey is the former head coach at Shaw (D-II - NC). Also, former Wake Forest quarterback Ryan McManus has now been announced as quarterbacks coach.

UT Martin: Per source, Mike Treier, who had accepted a defensive graduate assistant job at Mississippi State last week, has accepted the defensive backs job at UT Martin.

Auburn: Erik Link, who has served as an analyst the last three seasons, has been hired as the head coach at Roosevelt HS (Des Moines, IA).

Citrus College (JC - CA): Citrus College is seeking qualified applicants for an assistant football coach working with the Line Backers. Playing experience or coaching experience at the collegiate level is desired. Preference will be given to applicants who are local to Southern California, have experience coaching and/or playing LB, and have experience in recruiting student athletes. Applicants should have experience with Hudl software. Prospective applicant responsibilities will include but are not limited to administrative duties in game week organization and preparation, video breakdown of games and practices, opponent scouting, and creating tendency reports. Besides coaching the Line Backers, prospective applicants will also have their own recruiting area responsibilities. This is a stipend only position with no benefits. Union College (D-III - NY): Union College is looking to hire a full-time offensive coordinator. Responsibilities include assisting head coach in all aspects of a highly competitive Division III football program, including but not limited to: coordinating offensive unit, coaching offensive line, recruiting, student-athlete development, ensuring academic success of student-athletes, practice and game planning, management of staff, rules and compliance. Additional responsibilities include a secondary assignment, as well as other duties as assigned. Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree strongly preferred. University of Puget Sound (D-III – WA): Puget Sound invites applications for the position of defensive backs coach. The successful candidates will be heavily involved in game planning and film work (HUDL) and be responsible to put together the defensive secondary game plan each week along with head coach. The successful candidate will also be expected to help recruit, retain, and graduate academically successful student-athletes to the University of Puget Sound. El Camino Compton Center (JC - CA): El Camino College Compton Center is accepting applications for two positions that are available: (1) Runningbacks coach and (2) Volunteer Offensive Assistant. (1) Runningbacks coach will be compensated with a small stipend that is paid during the season only. In addition to RB duties, candidate will also be required to: coordinate a special teams unit, assist in film breakdown, recruit locally, and assist with s&c.
