New England Patriots: Special teams coach Scott O'Brien has retired after 24 seasons coaching in the NFL. Joe Judge has been promoted to replace him.

Tulane: Assistant AD for football Doug Lichtenberger is moving back onto the field as linebackers / special teams.

Tennessee Titans: Former Steelers defensive coordinator Dick LeBeau is expected to be named assistant head coach / defense with the Titans per Jim Wyatt.

Faulkner (NAIA - AL): Southern Miss offensive grad assistant Brian Hudson has accepted the quarterbacks position at Faulkner, per source.

Kentucky Christian (NAIA): Former McKendree defensive coordinator Steve Barrows has been named head coach at Kentucky Christian.

Carolina Panthers: Special teams coordinator Richard Rodgers has been reassigned and assistant Bruce DeHaven has been promoted to coordinator per Joe Person who covers the team.

Maryland: As expected, former Jacksonville Jaguars running backs coach Terry Richardson will be the new running backs coach at Maryland per SI.

Clarke University (NAIA - IA): The school has announced it will add football beginning in 2018. Clarke will compete in NAIA in a to-be-determined conference.

Jacksonville University: Wayne Younger, who coached the receivers in 2013 and the quarterbacks last fall, has been named head coach at Rockledge HS (FL).

Philadelphia Eagles: The Tuscaloosa News is reporting that Alabama DFO Joe Pannunzio is set to join the Eagles' staff. We can confirm the move.

Philadelphia Eagles: The Eagles have named Matt Harper assistant defensive backs coach and Michael Clay as the new assistant special teams coach. Princeton inside linebackers coach Stephen Thomas will also join the club as a defensive quality control assistant.

Houston Texans: Bill O'Brien has now announced the additions of Paul Pasqualoni (DL), Mike Devlin (OL), Pat O'Hara (offensive assistant), and Brian Bell (strength and conditioning assistant).

Arizona Cardinals: Per source, the Cardinals have hired Bob Sanders, who spent the last two seasons with the Oakland Raiders, to coach their linebackers.

Atlanta Falcons: In addition to the hires announced previously today, Dan Quinn has formally announced the following staff now that he has his feet down in Atlanta; Kyle Shanahan (OC), Richard Smith (DC), Raheem Morris (assistant HC / defensive pass game coordinator), and Mike LaFleur (offensive assistant). Also, assistant special teams coach Eric Sutulovich has been retained from the previous staff.

Fort Lewis (D-II - CO):Fort Lewis is looking to fill their opening game for 2015 (Thursday 9/3 or Saturday 9/5). Prefer a D-II opponent in that Week 1 slot. Open to playing either an FCS or D-II road game with a guarantee or a D-II / NAIA home game with the possibility of a return trip in the future. Holy Cross: Charlie Noonan has been announced as the new defensive line coach. Noonan spent the last two seasons as a graduate assistant working with the rush defensive ends at Rutgers.

Tulsa: Dan Bitson, who coached the receivers last season, has been appointed director of player development on Philip Montgomery's staff.

San Jose State: Defensive backs coach Donte Williams has added the title of recruiting coordinator.

Atlanta Falcons: The Falcons have now formally announced the addition of Bobby Turner (RBs), and added that Keith Armstrong, Bryan Cox, and Terry Robiskie are being retained from the previous staff. Armstrong served as special teams coordinator in 2014, while Cox coached the defensive line, and Robiskie was the assistant head coach / wide receivers coach.

UTSA: Tony Jeffery has been announced as the new receivers coach.

Houston Texans: John McClain is reporting that Pat O'Hara has been hired as an offensive assistant and assistant strength coach Anthony Pleasant has been promoted to defensive assistant.

New York Jets: Steve Hagen, who coached the tight ends last season on Rex Ryan's staff, has been retained and will transition to assistant special teams coach, per Alex Marvez.

St. Joseph (D-II - IN): Kent State defensive grad assistant Eron Hodges has been named linebackers coach. Prior to his appointment at Kent State, Hodges coaches at Ohio State, Valpo, Notre Dame and Illinois State.

Bucknell (FCS): Head coach Joe Susan has agreed to a three-year contract extension taking him through the 2019 season. Susan led the Bison to an eight win season and a second place finish in the Patriot League in 2014.

Montreal Alouettes (Canada): Former Idaho and Nevada head coach Chris Tormey has been hired to coach the linebackers for the Alouettes.

Furman: Brian Bratton, who coached the receivers at North Greenville (D-II - SC), is joining the Furman staff in the same role, according to our sources.

William Jewell College (D-II - MO): Trent Figg, special teams coordinator / defensive backs coach at Southern Arkansas (D-II), has joined the staff at William Jewell as defensive coordinator, per source.

Louisburg College (JC - NC): Per source, interim head coach Trevor Highfield has had the interim tag removed and has been named the program's new head coach.
