Troy: Per source, corners coach Al Pogue is being retained.

San Diego State: Per source, in addition to below, we also understand that quarterbacks coach Brian Sipe will not return. As for the receivers position, a source tells us that Hunkie Cooper (head coach at Canyon Springs HS - Las Vegas) is expected to fill that position.

Kansas: As Jayhawk Slant just reported, we can confirm that that Cal offensive line coach Zach Yenser is joining the Kansas staff as offensive line / run game coordinator.

San Diego State: Per source, running backs coach Jeff Horton will be promoted to offensive coordinator. Further, we understand that a change is coming at receivers coach as well (LeCharls McDaniel will not return).

Southern Miss: Tennessee State co-defensive coordinator Justin Roberts is joining the staff as defensive line coach per Patrick Magee who covers the team.

Colorado State: Tennessee defensive quality control Terry Fair will be the new corners coach at Colorado State per a report from SI.

Texas: Former Houston head coach Tony Levine and former USC special teams coordinator John Baxter are expected to interview with Charlie Strong for the tight ends / special teams position per a report from Bobby Burton. Burton adds that he expects South Florida's Ron Dugans to interview for the receivers position.

Michigan: Multiple sources tell FootballScoop that Jim Harbaugh has offered the quarterbacks position to San Jose State offensive coordinator Jimmie Dougherty.

Lane College (D-II - TN): Former head coach/AD Derrick Burroughs is returning to both roles according to the Jackson Sun. Burroughs spent last season as the defensive coordinator at Jackson State.

Lewis and Clark College (D-III - OR): McNary High School (OR) head coach Isaac Parker has accepted the offensive line/run game coordinator under first-year head coach Jay Locey according to the Salem (Ore.) Statesman-Journal.

Louisiana Lafayette: Northwestern State defensive coordinator Mike Lucas has joined the staff. Role TBD.

Washington Redskins: The Redskins have hired former 49ers GM Scott McCloughan as their general manager according to multiple reports.

Michigan: Sources confirm to FootballScoop that DJ Durkin has agreed to become defensive coordinator at Michigan. Durkin, Florida's defensive coordinator (and interim head coach) had been targeted by a number of other high profile programs for the same role.

Miami Dolphins: The Dolphins has hired former Jets GM Mike Tannenbaum as executive VP of football operations. Tannenbaum was hired by the organization as a consultant last year. Both Tannenbaum and head coach Joe Philbin will report to owner Stephen Ross. General manager Dennis Hickey will report to Tannenbaum.

Morehead State: Dontae Wright, who has served as defensive line coach and recruiting coordinator the past two seasons, has been promoted to defensive coordinator.

Virginia: Per source, director of player development Steve Atkinson will not return to the staff.

Oklahoma: Bob Stoops has issued the official announcement and has clarified that Mike Stoops has lost the defensive coordinator title and is now co-defensive coordinator (side by side) with Jerry Montgomery. Interesting.

Wagner: Per sources, quarterbacks coach Custavious Patterson and receivers coach Marcus Edwards have been elevated to c0-offensive coordinators and outside linebackers coach Tony Brinson has added the duties of recruiting coordinator.

Youngstown State: Per sources Bo Pelini plans to move Ross Watson on the field...we hear as defensive backs coach. We also hear he is working to bring an additional person or two from Nebraska. Will update...

Troy: Foley (AL) HS head coach Todd Watson has accepted the director of football operations role at Troy per sources.

Oklahoma: Bob Stoops has announced that he has promoted Jerry Montgomery to co-defensive coordinator.

Wake Forest: Wake Forest is no longer accepting applicants for the defensive grad assistant job. Thank you for the overwhelming interest in the position.

Wilmington College (D-III - OH): Brad Watkins has joined the staff as special teams coordinator / defensive line coach. Watkins previously coached the running backs at Ohio Northern and Old Dominion.

Youngstown State: Bo Pelini will also retain offensive line coach Carmen Bricillo, according to local Youngtown reporter Dana Balash.

Washington Redskins: San Diego Chargers linebackers coach Joe Barry spent yesterday and today in Washington, DC interviewing for the defensive coordinator job, according to Ian Rapoport.

NC State: Per source, Dave Doeren is making a change at the receivers position. We hear a new coach could be in place soon. Will update... Update> SI is reporting that Syracuse receivers coach George McDonald will be the new receivers coach.

Buffalo Bills: The Bills have interviews scheduled for Teryl Austin (Detroit Lions DC), Hue Jackson (Cincinnati Bengals OC) and Kyle Shanahan (Cleveland Browns OC) this week, and have requested interviews with former Browns HC Pat Shurmur and former San Francisco OC Greg Roman per Ian Rapoport.

Davenport (NAIA - MI): Per source, Greg Sullivan has been hired to coach the quarterbacks at Davenport. Sullivan has previous coaching stops as an assistant at Western Michigan, Colgate, and Sacred Heart.

Nichols College: Jim McGuire will join the Nichols College staff as an offensive assistant, per source.

Virginia: As reported a few weeks ago, associate head coach for offense / tight ends coach Tom O'Brien has now announced that he will retire after a 40-year career in coaching. O'Brien served as head coach at Boston College (1997-2006) and NC State (2007-2012) during his coaching career.

West Virginia: Per source, UNC Charlotte defensive coordinator Bruce Tall will join Dana Holgorsen's staff at West Virginia. Will update.

Oklahoma: Co-offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach Josh Heupel has been let go. Heupel has announced that he is leaving on his twitter account. Our story.

Lawrence (D-III - WI): Per source, Carleton College (D-III - MN) defensive line coach Rob McCarthy will be the new head coach at Lawrence University.

Youngstown State: Bo Pelini has retained Shane Montgomery, Ron Stoops and Mike Zordich per Chad Krispinsky who covers YSU. A source tells FootballScoop that former Nebraska grad assistant TJ Hollowell will join Pelini's staff as linebackers coach.

Moorpark College (CC - CA): Moorpark is seeking a part time quarterback coach. The position pay ranges around $6,000 per season and would need to be able to start ASAP for off season recruiting and spring ball.
