Gene Chizik: The former Auburn and Iowa State head coach will host a show on Sirius XM College radio this fall according to Brett McMurphy

TCU: Director of football operations Mike Sinquefield has been promoted to associate AD for administration.

Carson Newman (D-II - TN): Former Powell HS (TN) head coach Derek Rang has joined the staff as a graduate assistant and will work with the receivers.

Austin Peay (FCS - TN): Josh Richards has officially joined Kirby Cannon's staff and will coach the receivers. The two previously worked together for five seasons at Missouri Institute of Science and Technology where Richards served as offensive coordinator.

Concordia (D-III - IL): Concordia University Chicago Football is looking for a Graduate Assistant position beginning August 1, 2013. Job duties included, but not limited to, coaching a position, recruiting, video breakdown, and any other duties assigned by the Head Coach. The position provides graduate school classes, housing (dorm) and a stipend. Preference will be given to candidates who have; Either played/coached RB or LB at the college level. Applicants that can demonstrate a high proficiency in the use of computer software programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Hudl, etc.) Candidates must be admitted to a graduate program at Concordia University Chicago prior to official hiring date. Webber International (NAIA - FL): Bart Monroe has joined the staff and will coach the running backs. Monroe recently retired after a 24 year career in the Navy, and spent the past four seasons on staff at Mosley HS (FL).

Blinn (JC - TX): Blinn Junior College is seeking a linebacker coach. This is a full time position (11 month contract) with benefits. Seeking an individual with playing/coaching experience. The individual will be assigned a recruiting area, teach activity and / or lecture class and help with all necessary duties of the program as assigned by head coach. Bachelor’s degree is required. Greenville College (D-III - IL): Greenville College is seeking applications for an offensive graduate assistant football coach. The position includes a stipend, room, board, and full tuition assistance for graduate school. Coaching responsibilities to include; but not limited to, offensive Line, quarterbacks or running backs. Responsibilities include all aspects of the football program including; but not limited to, video editing, practice organization, contest preparation, recruitment weekends, student athlete development, and other duties as assigned by the Head Football Coach. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Hope College (D-III - MI): Former North Park University (D-III - IL) defensive coordinator Bill Lund has joined the staff and will coach the linebackers and coordinate the special teams.

Northern Illinois: Sean Frazier, Wisconsin's deputy director of athletics, has been named athletic director at Northern Illinois.

Fresno State: Athletic director Thomas Boeh has revealed that the salary pool for Tim DeRuyter's assistants will grow from $1.28 million to $1.36 million in 2013-14. The extra $80,000 will push Fresno State into the upper-third of Mountain West coaching staffs. 

Patriot League: The Patriot League's Council of Presidents has approved a contract extension for executive director Carolyn Schlie Femovich through June 2017. Femovich has led the Patriot League since 1999. 

Western Illinois (FCS): James "Tony" Bell has been named the athletic director at Western Illinois. He previously served in the same position at Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne. 

Wabash (D-III - IN): Former Saint Josephs College defensive line coach David Denham has accepted the defensive line job at Wabash.

Houston: Sources tell us that Midwestern State defensive grad assistant Brett Dewhurst has joined the Houston staff as a grad assistant. Dewhurst coached the rovers at Midwestern State.

Towson University (FCS): Towson University has an immediate opening for a volunteer defensive quality control position. Previous playing and / or coaching experience is preferred. E-Mail all resumes to Coach Matt Hachmann at mhachmann@towson.edu.

Ithaca College (D-III - NY): Ithaca has a part time assistant coaching position open. Position will coach the defensive line or linebackers and experience coaching is preferred. Please contact head coach Mike Welch at mwelch@ithaca.edu if interested.

Kutztown (D-II - PA): Jared Haas, who coached the running backs the past two seasons, will now coach the offensive line and lead the strength and conditioning program.

Victor Valley College (JC - CA): Head coach Dave Hoover officially announced his 2013 staff on Monday: defensive coordinator Mike Esposito, special teams coordinator Beau Ortmayer, quarterbacks coach Greg Bailey, wide receivers coach Darnell Crowder, running backs coach Mike Hoover, defensive line coach Herman Smith, defensive backs coach Bobby Godinez and defensive backs coach Chad Read. 

Midwestern State (D-II - TX): Midwestern State University is currently seeking a defensive graduate assistant football coach. The position includes a stipend, housing, and tuition assistance for graduate school. Coaching responsibilities to include; but not limited to, defensive backs. Experience playing and coaching defensive backs. Responsibilities include all aspects of the football program including; but not limited to, video editing, practice organization, contest preparation, recruitment weekends, student athlete development, and other duties as assigned by the Head Football Coach. King College (D-III - PA): King's College (PA) has a restricted earnings position available. Preference given to candidates with RB, TE, or LB experience. East Central CC (MS): Cody Wilson has been announced as the tight ends / running backs coach at East Central Community College. Wilson spent the past two years at Louisiana College (D-III) as the tight ends and assistant offensive line coach.

Widener (D-III - PA): Widener is looking to hire a part time offensive assistant. The positions will also have on the road recruiting responsibility.
