Florida State: Bobby Bowden has agreed to make public appearances to raise funds for FSU athletics in 2014 and 2015. The gig will pay $250,000 per year.

Grambling State: After being told that they would not return next season almost a week ago, offensive line coach Kalvin Pearson and special teams coordinator Ben Wilkerson have both been reinstated today according to the Shreveport Times.

Auburn: Four of Gus Malzahn's former assistants at Arkansas State have joined the Auburn staff in off the field roles according to AL.com; David Gunn (assistant athletic director for football), Casey Woods (director of player personnel), Kenny Ingram (director of player development), and Brandon Hall (analyst).

Kentucky: Tony Neely, who has spent the past 19 years as the primary media relations contact for the football team, has been promoted to assistant athletic director / media relations.

Buffalo: Sources tell us that defensive assistant / linebackers coach Nick Bach has accepted the defensive coordinator position at Mountain View HS (GA). We're told that his position has already been filled. 

Minnesota State-Mankato (D-II): Jason Eck has been hired as Minnesota State-Mankato's offensive line coach, according to his Twitter account

Methodist University (D-III - NC): Luke Gogerty, a former player at John Carroll (D-III - OH), has joined the staff as a defensive intern.

West Virginia State (D-II): West Virginia State University invites applications for a defensive internship position. The review of applications will begin immediately and the position will start August 1st. The compensation includes housing and a small monthly stipend. (No Benefits). Playing/coaching experience in the defensive backfield is preferred. Responsibilities include video editing and breakdown (Hudl), assisting the defensive staff, game/practice prep, weight room responsibilities, academic progress monitoring, assistant coaching of the defensive backs, and all other duties assigned by the head coach. Methodist University (D-III - NC): Methodist University is seeking 1 Intern Assistant Football Coach with offensive line playing or coaching experience. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required. Appointment is July 22, 2013 to May 10, 2014. Compensation includes a stipend, housing and meals. Responsibilities include but are not limited to assist in coaching a position, recruiting, academic monitoring and support, video, scouting, equipment control, serve as a liaison for Academic and Student Success initiatives of the University and assisting the Head Coach in all phases of the program. Louisiana-Monroe: The Warhawks have hired UC-Riverside athletic director Brian Wickstrom to lead their athletic department. Wickstrom will be introduced at a press conference on Tuesday morning. 

Central State (D-II - OH): Central State is seeking an assistant football coach / offensive coordinator. This position will oversee the total development, planning, implementation, and administration of the offensive system under the direction of the Head Football Coach. Candidates must have knowledge of and the ability to abide by all intercollegiate eligibility rules in accordance with the NCAA Division II regulations.
