UTSA: Larry Coker stated this afternoon that, although he hasn't seen it yet, that the administration has told him they giving him an extension through 2020, "As soon as I see it we're going to take a look at it. I don't anticipate that it'll be a problem and we'll move forward with it."

Missouri: Sources tell us the recruiting role at Missouri has been filled. We hear that Missouri Western defensive grad assistant Morris Berger has accepted the position.

Seattle Seahawks: Per source, Ryan Florence has left Missouri, where he worked in recruiting, to join the Seahawks' scouting department.

LSU: Per 247 sports, LSU has hired Arizona grad assistant Sean Patterson Jr. in a quality control role.

Pac-12 Network: Former Oregon defensive coordinator Nick Aliotti will be a studio analyst for the Pac-12 Network this season handling pregame, postgame, and halftime segments.

Western Carolina: Per source, former Virginia Tech defensive grad assistant James Hopper has accepted the assistant defensive backs job at Western Carolina.

Harding University (D-II - AR): Harding University has an immediate opening for a defensive graduate assistant. Experience with HUDL is preferred, but not required. Most importantly, we are interested in men who have a desire to serve God and who see coaching as an avenue to impact lives for Christ. GA’s will receive $3,500 of tuition credit per semester. New York Giants: Former Giants receiver David Tyree has been named director of player development.

Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (D-III - CA): Occidental College (D-III - CA) defensive line coach / DFO / recruiting coordinator Justin Luthey has accepted the defensive line job at Claremont-Mudd-Scripps.

North South Sports Academy (Postgrad - NC): North South Sports Academy is seeking games for the 2015 Football season (and away games with College JV teams). We are seeking home games for NAIA and D3 for the following dates: August 23 HOME 1pm, September 5 Home 1pm, September 12 Home 1pm, September 26 Home 3:00pm, October 3 Home 8pm.

Wyoming: Per source, Occidental College (D-III - CA) linebackers / strength coach Greg Holsworth has accepted a volunteer GA job at Wyoming.

Methodist University (D-III - NC): Methodist University is seeking (3) intern assistant football coaches. Preference will be given to those with OL, WR, and DB experience. Bachelor’s degree required. This will be a 10 month appointment. Compensation includes a stipend, an attractive housing allowance and meals. Responsibilities include but are not limited to coaching your own position, recruiting, academic monitoring and support, video, scouting, equipment control, and assisting the head coach in all phases of the program.
