Oregon State: New offensive coordinator John Garrett will earn $320,000 in year one and $330,000 in year two of his two-year contract, the Oregonian reported on Tuesday. Garrett will also earn a $20,000 bonus if the Beavers rank among the Pac-12's top four offenses in either of those seasons. 

Oklahoma Panhandle State (D-II): OPSU is now accepting applicants for a defensive coach with DL or LB experience. We are looking for the best fit / best coach and can adjust position responsibilities accordingly, including a possibility to coordinate. 3-4 front background and knowledge is a must. Liberty: Per source, former Jacksonville Jaguars offensive assistant / assistant to the head coach Charlie Skalaski has been named director of player personnel at Liberty. Also, we hear that Kettie Fickter will be the assistant director of player personnel.

Oklahoma Panhandle State (D-II): Defensive coordinator Jesse Thompson has left the program to pursue other opportunities., we understand that Thompson has accepted a grad assistant position on Hud's staff at Louisiana Lafayette. 

Angelo State: Angelo State student assistant Mario Ramos has been promoted to defensive grad assistant and will work with the defensive line, per source.

Upper Iowa (D-II): Upper Iowa University is looking for one offensive and one defensive interns for the upcoming 2014 season. We are looking for candidates who are looking to enter coaching and use this job as a start. Daily duties will be to assist with film breakdown, running the scout teams and other duties assigned by the Head Coach. These are non-paid positions. NO HOUSING OR MEALS INCLUDED. Applicants must have offensive line experience (playing or coaching). Duties will include but not limited to: coaching the offensive line, responsible for a recruiting area, video input and breakdown with Hudl. Compensation includes a stipend, housing, and meals. Iowa Wesleyan (D-III): Iowa Wesleyan College is accepting applicants for a part-time assistant position. We are looking for best fit / best coach and can adjust position responsibilities accordingly. Qualified applicants should be detail oriented with strong time management and organizational skills, have a solid understanding of D-III football and must have valid driver's license and be able to drive team vans. A bachelor's degree with coaching experience at the collegiate level is preferred. Coe College (D-III - IA): Coe College, a member of the Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (IIAC) is accepting applications for the position of Intern Assistant Men’s Football Coach (Offense). This individual will assist the Head Coach in all phases of a NCAA Division III Football Program. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: recruitment of student-athletes on and off-campus, coaching their own position group, practice planning, monitoring student-athlete academic progress, video editing with Hudl and other administrative duties as assigned by the Head Coach. Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is required. Compensation includes an annual stipend. Review of application materials will begin immediately.
