Florida: John Garrett, who served as Oregon State's offensive coordinator last season, has been hired as a quality control assistant. Also joining the staff in quality control roles are longtime Norfolk State assistant Mark DeBastiani, former Cincinnati assistant Marc Nudelberg, former USF quarterback Marquel Blackwell, former Gator grad assistant Andy Belluomini, and former Southwest Missouri State offensive line coach Jeremy Darveau. The four grad assistants heading into spring practices are Duke Lemmens, Justin Hinds, Christian Pace, and James Rowe.

Foothill College (CC - CA): Foothill College is seeking offensive line candidates, or tight ends applicants who will be given the opportunity to evolve into an offensive line coach. This is a part time position needed to be filled ASAP looking for a strong person with a solid understanding of OL technique/drills, zone blocking, pass protection, and commitment to constant recruiting. This is a great position for young or local high school coaches looking to move up. Preference will be given to candidates who have recent OL or TE playing experience, can demonstrate strong communication skills, and show attention to detail. Northern Iowa: Head coach Mark Farley has announced the addition of Ben Barkema as the program's new tight ends and tackles coach. Barkema coach the tight ends at Missouri State the past two seasons, and also worked with the special teams and digital recruiting efforts.

Auburn: Gus Malzahn has added former Alabama offensive analyst Jeff Norrid in the same capacity and former Auburn defensive tackle Kenneth Carter as an assistant in the football ops department.

Stanford: Stanford has announced a number of staff promotions on the recruiting and operations side; Ryan Devlin is now coordinator of player personnel, Callie Seidman is now assistant director of football operations, and Mike Eubanks is the associate athletic director / director of recruiting and football relations.

Iowa State: Director of athletics Jamie Pollard has been hospitalized after a heart attack last night. Please join us in praying for him (and his family) during his recovery. Pollard will undergo open heart surgery later this week.

West Virginia: Dana Holgorsen noted that he's not sure what direction he'll go in filling the lone remaining full-time coaching spot on his staff. Holgo and offensive grad assistant Micahel Burchett will work together with the quarterbacks.

Defiance College (D-III - OH): Defiance College is seeking applicants for the positions of Defensive Line Graduate Assistant and Wide Receivers Graduate Assistant. The selected individuals will assist with coaching, recruiting, video editing, academic monitoring and other duties as assigned. Preference will be given to candidates who have recent playing experience, can demonstrate strong communication skills and show attention to detail. Over the past two years, four of our graduate assistants have moved on to full-time collegiate positions. Compensation includes graduate classes, a stipend, meals and housing. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree and meet the requirements for admission to the Defiance College graduate program (including a 2.75 GPA or higher). Harvard (FCS - MA): Harvard University has a full time Recruiting Coordinator-Football Operations position open. Previous collegiate experience is required and working with XO’s software is a plus. The position will include Recruiting Administration, Football Operations (including Video Supervision), and other duties as assigned by the head coach.
