Highland CC (KS): Kyler Reed is the club's new tight ends and fullbacks coach.
Illinois: Lovie Smith will retain Mike Phair as defensive line coach, Tim McGarigle as linebackers coach, Paul Williams as defensive backs coach, and Nathan Scheelhaase in a TBD off-the-field job.
Florida: Ryan Smith, who has been a head coach at Taylor County HS (FL), DeLand HS (FL) and Gainesville HS (FL), is now working in a quality control role for the Gators.

Anna Maria College (NAIA - FL): Notre Dame defensive graduate assistant Mike Hiestand is now working as the defensive coordinator at Anna Maria College.
Scoop him up:Ryan Weiss has interned at the FCS level for 4 seasons, most recently at Robert Morris (FCS - PA) and prior to that he served as a student intern at Coastal Carolina University for three years. Weiss has worked with the defensive line and has also done quality control work and his experiences have included charting plays, scouting offensive tendencies, and doing weekly opponent breakdowns using XOs and DVSport. Weiss also has a background in ARMS Recruiting Software. During his time in the coaching profession, coach Wiess has forged relationships with Scott Farison, Clayton Carlin, Cory Bailey, and Tanner Schultheis and his goal is land an entry level position or a graduate assistant spot to continue his coaching career in college football. St. Augustine (D-II - NC):Saint Augustine University (D-II): SAU is still looking for a home game on Sept. 10th, 2016 with possibility for a corresponding date (week 2) in 2017. Notre Dame: Brian Kelly has announced a number of staff additions, as well as a few in-house changes including; defensive graduate assistant Harland Bower (who coached the outside linebackers last year at Central Arkansas) will work with the OLBs, Clay Bignell (who spent last season as a defensive GA at Northwestern), will work as a defensive graduate assistant, Pryce Tracy has been promoted from special teams analyst to offensive graduate assistant, Matt Mitchell (an intern last season for ND) has been promoted to offensive analyst, and Marty Biagi has formally joined the staff as a special teams analyst. Offensive analyst Jeff Quinn also has a new role (see below).
Western New England: Western New England seeks applicants for a full-time defensive coordinator/secondary coaching position. Duties will include coaching, recruiting, managing football equipment, and other tasks under the direction of the head football coach. Notre Dame: Offensive analyst Jeff Quinn is now an assistant strength and conditioning coach with the Irish. Quinn is the former head coach at Buffalo.
Alabama: Former Eagles offensive analyst Shea Tierney has been hired as an offensive analyst at Alabama. Tierney was with the Eagles organization from 2012-2015.
Brain Injury Awareness Month: Coaches, don’t become liable for playing a player who has suffered a brain injury. The King-Devick Test is a two-minute, objective, remove from play sideline test anyone can administer.
Alfred State University (D-III – NY): Former Rochester Community & Technical College (JC - MN) head coach Bill Quistorff has been hired to be the special teams coordinator and linebackers coach, and we understand that he will serve as strength and conditioning coordinator as well.

Western Carolina: Appalachian State graduate assistant Chris Collins has accepted the defensive tackles job at WCU, per source.
Trinity International (NAIA): Trinity International is looking for applicants for a defensive line or secondary restricted earnings coaching position. Applicants must possess their bachelor’s degree, have a desire to mentor, and have a growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
