Idaho: Charley Molnar, who coached the receivers last year, will move to quarterbacks and head coach Paul Petrino will coach the receivers this spring.

New Hampshire (FCS): Sources tell FootballScoop that there are no open positions on the New Hampshire staff at this time and we understand the they will fill the wide receivers job internally.

Georgia State: Trent Miles has made it official that Luke Huard, who has called plays on offense the past four seasons, is now the team's offensive coordinator while Jeff Jagodzinski (who previously held the offensive coordinator title) is attending to a family situation and there is no timetable for his return. When Jagodzinski does return, he will coach the tight ends. Eric Lewis, who coaches the corners, is now special teams coordinator, linebackers coach PJ Volker has added recruiting coordinator responsibilities. Also, Liam Smith has been promoted to director of player personnel.

Holmes CC (MS): Per source, Holmes has hired Arkansas State defensive graduate assistant Larry Hart to coach the defensive line, and a number of coaches have been promoted. Defensive assistant Chris Shelling has been promoted to defensive coordinator, quarterbacks coach Raymond Gross is adding recruiting coordinator responsibilities and offensive assistant Matt Wannebo is adding the assistant head coach title.

Tabor College (NAIA - KS): Tabor College is seeking applications for two graduate assistant football coaches with MBA option. The coacehs are responsible for working with the head coach in all aspects of developing a competitive NAIA program with some athletic administrative assignments. Candidates must affirm Tabor distinctives as a decidedly Christian college and articulate a personal relationship with Chirst. A Bachelor’s degree is required. Coaching and/or competitive experience is required. Review of applications will begin immediately. Start date is approximately August 1, 2016. Scoop him up:Nick Williams spent last fall as the running backs coach at Humboldt State University (D-II - CA) and prior to that appointment served as a student assistant analyzing data and compiling cut ups for the coaching staff and assisting the offensive coordinator / wide receivers coach during spring ball. In his first year as a college coach, Williams tutored the nation's leading rusher who went on to become the Harlon Hill runner-up. Williams is looking to land a Division I graduate assistant / quality control position, and has built relationships in the profession with Rob Smith (Humboldt State head coach), Eric Tripp, Patrick Walsh, Ben McEnroe, Dan Collen, and Miles Kochevar. Union College (NAIA - KY): Union College seeks applicants for a full-time wide receiver coaching position. Duties include coaching, recruiting and other tasks assigned by the head coach. UTSA: Per source, Jacob LaFrance is leaving Maryland to rejoin Frank Wilson at UTSA as director of player personnel. The two previously worked together at LSU, where LaFrance worked as a recruiting assistant.

North Texas: North Texas will pay its assistants a pool of $1.42 million, up $100,000 from Dan McCarney's staff, according to Brett Vito of the Denton Record-Chronicle. Offensive coordinator Graham Harrell will be the highest-paid assistant at $225,000 a year. Seth Littrell will earn $725,000 with incentives that could push him to $882,800.

Moravian College (D-III - PA): Moravian College is looking to fill one offensive intern position and one defensive intern position. Primary job responsibilities include recruiting qualified student athletes, coaching a position, video breakdown and other off-field responsibilities as assigned by the head coach or athletic director. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree as well as pertinent coaching/playing experience. Compensation includes a stipend, housing, meal plan, and the ability to take classes. Alcorn State: Former Indiana defensive graduate assistant Elliot Wratten has joined the staff as tight ends / fullbacks coach, per source. Wratten spent the last three seasons in a graduate assistant role and was a student assistant prior to that.

Atlanta Falcons: Per source, Justin Outten has joined the staff and we understand he will assist with an offensive position. Outten is a former center at Syracuse and most recently served as the assistant head coach / co-offensive coordinator / offensive line coach at Westfield HS (TX).

Hiram (D-III - OH): Hiram College invites applications for the position of graduate assistant for the football program (OL experience preferred). The position includes; room, board, a living stipend of $7000.00, and a tuition waiver to enroll in the Professional Graduate Studies Program at Hiram College. The anticipated start date is August 1, 2016. Responsibilities: The graduate assistant’s duties will include but not be limited to: Assisting the head coach with all facets of training, recruiting, and retention for the Hiram College football program. Specific emphasis will be given to those with offensive line experience. The Graduate Assistant will also have responsibilities within our campus Recreation Program, and in-season team laundry, other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is required. Prior experience as a collegiate football player or having worked in college football is preferred but not necessary. Admission into the School of Professional & Graduate Studies is a requirement for consideration for this position.
