Youngstown State (FCS - OH): Bo Pelini's contract runs four years at $213,894 a year according to Dana Balash of WFMJ-TV in Youngstown.

Alfred State (D-III - NY): Per source, Minot State's Byron Thomas has been hired as assistant head coach and defensive coordinator.

Chicago Bears: Per source and as others are reporting, director of college scouting Marty Barrett will not return.

Samford (FCS - AL): Jeff Beckles, the former running backs coach at Troy, has joined the Samford staff as running backs coach.

Coffeyville CC (KS): Coffeyville CC has an immediate opening for a defensive quality control coach. This position will be accompanied with duties of film upload, data input, and other various administrative tasks that aid with game and practice planning. This position also includes the opportunity to gain on grass experience as you will be responsible for coaching the Star Linebackers. A resident assistant position is tied in with this coaching spot. Meals and on campus living come with the package along with the money that is earned through being a resident assistant. This is an opportunity to work with last years number 1 ranked defense in the Jayhawk conference. Promotions within the staff are always a possibility when positions become vacant. Fordham (FCS - NY): Shane Fogarty has joined the Fordham staff and will coach the running backs. This marks Fogarty's second stint at Fordham and he spent last season as the offensive coordinator at Colby College (D-III - ME).
