Gardner Webb: Gardner-Webb University (FCS) is trying to fill two open dates in 2012. The open dates are September 22 and September 29. GWU is looking for one BCS/FBS game and one home game. Please contact athletic director Chuck Burch at cburch@gardner-webb.edu or (704) 406-4342 if interested.

Berry College (D-III - GA): Berry College has announced that it plans to add football in 2013 and compete in the Division III Southern Athletic Association. The school plans to hire a head coach in 2012. Berry College is located in northwest Georgia in Mount Berry about an hour and a half from Atlanta.

Quincy University (D-II - IL): Sources tell us that Quincy University will not renew the contract of head coach, Bill Terlisner. 

Saskatchewan Roughriders: Head coach and Vice President of football operations, Ken Miller has decided to resign.

Miami: Univeristy officials have reached out to Al Golden's representative to discuss reworking his contract according to reports from CBS Sports. Golden was blindsided by the "Nevin Shapiro" allegations this past August which the NCAA is still investigating.
