Baylor: ESPN's Mark Schlabach is reporting tonight that Baylor's search shifted today "after Chad Morris elected to remain with the Mustangs" and is now "expected to focus on Cal's Sonny Dykes". We'll keep you posted....

Rice: Head coach David Bailiff will return for the 2017 season sources tell FootballScoop. Mark Berman has also just reported the same. Update>> The school has confirmed the news. Bailiff, one of the nicest guys you will ever meet, has won 10 games twice at Rice. Read that again. The numbers the past two seasons have been down (5 wins and 3 wins). Glad the administration is giving him the chance to turn this around. Our read on things is that Bailiff will be making several staff changes. Will keep you updated...

Gary Pinkel: Gary Pinkel told The Line Change radio show last night that his cancer is in remission, and added "Physically, I'm good. The support has been incredible."
