Hawaii: June Jones Honolulu Star-Advertiser that he intends to seek the head job at Hawaii.

Indianapolis Colts: The Colts have fired offensive coordinator Pep Hamilton. Associate head coach Rob Chudzinski has been promoted to offensive coordinator. Hamilton served as offensive coordinator at Stanford 2011-2012 and as receivers coach in 2010. He was reunited with Andrew Luck when hired by the Colts in 2013 as offensive coordinator.

Lane Kiffin: Stewart Mandel of Fox Sports noted today that he is not hearing of any Power 5 interest in Lane Kiffin as a head coach.

Southwest Baptist (D-II - MO): Interim head coach Robert Clardy has been named head coach moving forward. Clardy is in his ninth season at SBU, his alma mater.

Kennesaw State (FCS - GA):Kennesaw State is looking to fill the following openings; September 23rd, 2017 - HOME GAME * FCS * could be either game one of a "home & home" arrangement; or a "one and done" guarantee game, September 29th, 2018 - HOME GAME * FCS * could be either game one of a "home & home" arrangement; or a "one and done" guarantee game, and August 31st, 2019 - HOME GAME * FCS or D-II * likely to be a "one and done" guarantee game.

Allegheny (D-III - PA): Allegheny College is currently accepting applications for a head football coach. This position is a full-time, twelve-month appointment with a comprehensive benefits package. A Bachelor’s degree is required; however a Master’s degree is strongly preferred. Candidates are responsible for the administration and management of all aspects of a highly successful and competitive varsity football program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, recruit and retain qualified student-athletes, practice and game preparation, athlete development, coaching/teaching, budget management, travel coordination, staff supervision and other areas of sport administration. The ideal candidate will have previous college playing and coaching experience with a strong understanding of the D-III philosophy and its role at a private liberal arts institution. Additional responsibilities will also be assigned by the Director of Athletics and Recreation. The College is located in Northwest Pennsylvania, north of Pittsburgh. Tennessee Titans: Controlling owner Amy Adams Strunk will be in charge of hiring the organization's next head coach, interim president and CEO Steve Underwood stated today. Underwood also noted that GM Ruston Webster will be involved in the coaching search.

Tennessee Titans:'s Marc Sessler throws out the "darkhorse" idea of Peyton Manning becoming the next head coach of the Tennessee Titans. That's a very interesting thought.

Tennessee Titans: The Titans have fired Ken Whisenhunt as head coach. Assistant head coach/tight ends coach Mike Mularkey will serve as interim head coach. Read more here.

Hawaii: Hawaii will not use a search firm to find their new head coach.

National Rugby Football League: The National Rugby Football League is holding their second NRFL Regional Combine of the year next week (Nov 12-13) in Shreveport, Louisiana. They are looking for top athletes: former NFL, CFL, and college football players to convert to the sport of pro rugby. League salaries for players will average six figures starting in the spring of 2017 and games will be played in NFL stadiums from April through July.
