Iowa: Defensive line coach Rick Kaczenski has left the program. He will arrive at Nebraska shortly. 

Jones County JuCo (MS): As we told you last Thursday, Ray Perkins has been named head coach. 

Ole Miss: Grant Heard, as expected, is joining the staff. 

Texas Tech: Look for Jim Turner, Texas A&M, to be named offensive line coach at Tech. 

Carroll University (D-III - WI): Running backs coach Pete Loose has resigned. 

Dakota Wesleyan (NAIA): We have been asked to let you know that the grad assistant position at Dakota Wesleyan is on hold until a new head coach is hired. Once that position has been filled, the grad assistant position will be opened back up. 

Olivet (D-III - MI): We have learned that Olivet has hired Dan Musielewicz as offensive coordinator / recruiting coordinator and David Gater as special teams coordinator. Musielewicz comes from Trine and Gater is the former defensive coordinator at Anderson (IL). 

Coffeyville CC (KS): we hear that Maurice Gray will join the staff as defensive backs coach. Gray previously served on staff at Butler CC.

UCLA: Sources tell us to look for Jim L. Mora to retain Angus McClure. McClure has served in several capacities over the past few years at UCLA including coaching the special teams this season. McClure led the Bruins recruiting efforts in various capacities as well. 

Akron: We continue to hear that Temple offensive coordinator Scot Loeffler will be named head coach. 

Southern Miss: Sources tell us not to expect any of the assistants from South Carolina to join Ellis Johnson at Southern Miss. We also hear that he likely won't bring many, if any of the grad assistants / quality control / etc...We do expect Tommy West to be part of the staff and we hear he has already made contact with a number of prominent high school coaches in Mississippi. We'll keep you posted. 

Campbellsville University (NAIA - KY): Is looking to hire a full time offensive line coach. All interested should send resume, letter of application and references to head coach Perry Thomas at Deadline is December 28. No phone calls please.

Texas Tech: Bruce Feldman just reported that Tommy Tuberville has released defensive coordinator Chad Glasgow. We were told a slightly different version; but regardless it looks like Glasgow will be moving on. Bright young coach. 

Hawaii: We have learned that Norm Chow will become the new head coach at Hawaii. 

Texas Tech: Multiple sources telling us of an assistant leaving Tech. We are in the process of confirming. Would be very surprising to us unless he has something excellent lined up. 

Auburn: Southern Miss offensive cooridnator Blake Anderson is a candidate for the Auburn offensive coordinator position. 

Arizona State: Todd Graham's contract highlights...5 years at $2 million ($600,000 is base salary, $1.4 million in additional comp from endorsements, etc...). Base salary will increase by $50,000 on Jan 1 2013 and every year thereafter. ASU will pay $1 million to cover his "opt out" at Pitt. If he terminates the contract, ASU can require him to pay up to $1 million if he takes another NCAA coaching job. The contract stipulates that even if he terminates the agreement, he can not accept a head coaching position at another Pac-12 school before December 2016. $25k bonus if they get to Pac-12 Championship game, another $75k if they win. 1 month pay (of the $2 million) if they get to a non-BCS bowl. $250,000 for playing in a BCS bowl, $100k extra if they win. $500,000 for playing in the National Championship game, an additional $250k if they win it. etc...

Arizona: Charlie Ragle for now, will hold the title of assistant director of football operations / high school relations. Rich Rod has also hired Matt Dudek from Rutgers who will serve as director of on-campus recruiting. 

McDaniel College (DIII - MD): McDaniel College, a private, Liberal Arts College located 30 miles northwest of Baltimore and 55 miles north of Washington DC, seeks applicants for Head Coach, Football. Reporting to the Director of Athletics, the Head Coach for the football program is responsible for practice and game preparation, recruiting, and program administration. In addition the successful candidate will teach in the required physical education program and be assigned a departmental administrative duty. Successful coaching and/or teaching experience is required. Experience at the intercollegiate level as a coach and administrator is preferred. Salary for this regular full-time position is commensurate with qualifications and experience. Full benefits include tuition remission. Florida Atlantic: There is a report out there that Toledo quarterbacks coach Scott Isphording has interviewed at FAU. 

Fordham: Secondary coach / recruiting coordinator Tim Cary has been retained. 

Arizona: We have learned that Chaparral high school (Scottsdale) head coach Charlie Ragle will join Rich Rod's staff. Chaparral has been a powerhouse under Ragle. Good local hire for Rich. 

Southern Miss: We have been informed that the presser to introduce Ellis Johnson will be this afternoon at 4pm local time. 

North Carolina: A report out of Chapel Hill says that the NCAA has approved waivers for Dan Disch, defensive line coach Deke Adams, offensive line coach Chris Kapilovic and Vic Koenning to recruit for UNC. 

Delta State: We hear Ouachita Baptist offensive coordinator Jay Derby is another name to watch at Delta State. 

Indiana: Another name that we hear might be involved is Buffalo State quarterbacks coach Greg Forest.

UMass: Charley Molnar had planned to coach in Notre Dame's bowl game; but after being on the job for a week at UMass, and with the agreement of Brian Kelly, Charley has now said that he will maintain his focus on his new job (attracting the right players and coaches) and will not coach Notre Dame in their bowl game. 

Coastal Carolina: Sources tell us Joe Moglia will be named head coach today. 

Illinois: Once Toledo named Matt Campbell head coach, you just had to see this situation becoming a difficult one. Yesterday we told you that Tim Beckman is bringing Alex Golesh and Mike Ward with him; but we are now told that running backs coach Louis Ayeni will remain at Toledo. Ayeni was one of the guys that Beckman wanted to bring. Sources tell us that at the present time, they don't expect any other full time assistants to leave Toledo to join Beckman at Illinois. 

Toledo: We hear Tom Manning, offensive line coach at Mount Union, is likely to accept a position on the staff at Toledo. 

Coastal Carolina: We hear Coastal will announce their new coach today. We'll keep you posted.
