Western Kentucky: We have learned that former Michigan quarterback Nick Sheridan has accepted the offensive grad assistant job at Western Kentucky.

Carroll University(WI): Our sources tell us that defensive coordinator Mark Krzykowski has been promoted to head football coach at Carroll University

Colorado State: We hear a couple of candidates will interview this week for the linebackers job. Let us know what you are hearing.

Florida: Our sources tell us former Florida player Marquand Manuel will join the staff as part of the strength staff.

Central Arkansas: Our sources tell us that Southeast Missouri State corners coach Kenny Wilhite has accepted the defensive backs job at Central Arkansas.

Averett University: Football seeks qualified candidates for Graduate Assistant Football Position. Defensive experience preferred. Position includes: room, meals, graduate school tuition and stipend. Candidates should have experience on the defensive side of the ball, successful, recruiting experience as well as college coaching experience. Experience with Apex editing system is preferred as well. Duties include coaching a defensive position, film break down and editing, academic supervision of players, contributing to the strength and conditioning program and recruiting areas in and around Virginia. Charlotte: We have learned that former West Virginia offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach Jeff Mullen will be the offensive coordinator at Charlotte under Brad Lambert.

University of Charleston: We have learned that West Virginia coordinator of recruiting operations Pat Kirkland has accepted the head coaching job at University of Charleston.

New York Jets: The assistant coaches for the Jets will begin a 25% salary reduction when the lockout begins. If the lockout gets to the 3-month point, the assistants could see a reduction up to 50%.

Millikin University: a NCAA Division III institution, is accepting applications for Head Football Coach. Millikin competes in the CCIW, one of the best conferences in Division III. Recruitment and retention of highly qualified student-athletes will be keys to success in the program. This is a 12-month, non-tenure track position reporting to the Director of Athletics and Recreation. A second duty may be assigned dependent on the candidate’s strengths and experience. Minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree, and previous college coaching experience.
