MTSU: Our sources tell us that Valdosta State defensive coordinator Joe Cauthen has accepted the linebackers job at MTSU.
Stanford: Our sources tell us that San Francisco 49ers outside linebackers coach Jason Tarver has interviewed for the defensive coordinator job at Stanford.
Carolina Panthers: San Francisco 49ers assistant offensive line coach Ray Brown accepted the same position with Carolina.
Montana Tech: We hear Southern Illinois assistant offensive line coach Ted Schlafke accepted the offensive coordinator / quarterbacks job. Our source tells us that South Dakota assistant BJ Campbell has also joined the staff as special teams coordinator / linebackers coach.
University of Wisconsin-La Crosse: The four finalists for the head coaching job are Wartbugh defensive coordinator Joel Dettwiller, Macalester College head coach Tony Dennison, Mount Union defensive coordinator Vince Kehres, and Western Michigan tight ends coach Jake Moreland.
Upper Iowa University: Our sources tell us that former Northwestern College (IA) defensive line coach Justin Mohning accepted the defensive line / strength coach position at Upper Iowa.
Montreal Alouettes: We have learned that former Cal defensive backs coach Al Simmons interviewed for the defensive backs job with the Alouettes.
Tarleton State: We are hearing that former Baylor offensive coordinator Lee Hays has accepted the offensive coordinator job at Tarleton State.
Tulsa: Illinois State running backs coach Holman Wiggins is the new running backs coach at Tulsa. Also, Union HS (OK) defensive line coach Adam Blankenship has accepted the defensive ends job. Defensive grad assistant Clint Roundtree will now serve as the director of high school relations.
Temple: As we told you a few weeks ago, Marshall wide receivers coach Zach Smith has accepted a position on Steve Addazio's staff at Temple.
Central Florida: We hear former Maryland assistant Al Seamonson will be joining the Central Florida staff.
Cleveland Browns: Our sources tell us that former Bears assistant Chris Tabor has been hired as the new special teams coach of the Browns.
Miami Dolphins: Our guys at the Senior Bowl report that they are hearing the Dolphins have hired Ike Hilliard to serve as an offensive assistant working with the receivers.
Furman: We hear Jacksonville State offensive line coach Scott Smouse has accepted the offensive line position at Furman.
Denver Broncos: John Fox has hired two more defensive coaches from his staff at Carolina. Ron Milus will coach the secondary and Richard Smith will coach the linebackers. With Dennis Allen's hiring at defensive coordinator, the Broncos now have their coaching staff in place.
Purdue: Purdue has hired former Buffalo Bills inside linebackers coach DeMontie Cross as linebackers coach.
Elon: We have learned that Rhode Island offensive coordinator Chris Pincince is going to Elon and will be the offensive coordinator. We also hear that Al Washington who was the defensive line coach at Slippery Rock will also be on the Elon staff on the defensive side of the ball.
UCLA: ESPN's Joe Schad is reporting that Randy Shannon had a "good meeting" with Rick Neuheisel but that the job hasn't yet been offered to him at this point.
Cal: Sources tell us Jeff Tedford is planning to coach the quarterbacks himself and will likely hire a tight ends coach.
Vanderbilt: We have learned that James Franklin has hired Bob Shoop as defensive coordinator / safeties coach. Shoop was the defensive coordinator at William & Mary. Brent Pry from Georgia Southern will coach the linebackers and serve as the co-defensive coordinator. Note> Shoop won the 2009 FootballScoop D1-AA Coordinator of the Year and Pry was a 2010 finalist for the same award.
UCLA: There are several reports indicating that Randy Shannon has accepted the defensive coordinator role with UCLA.
Nichols College: Kevin Loney has been hired as the head coach at D-III Nichols (MA). Loney was the defensive line coach at Upper Iowa.
Baltimore Ravens: We hear the Ravens are expected to hire former Florida defensive coordinator Teryl Austin as their secondary coach. We have not confirmed the hiring. Prior to his time at Florida, Austin coached the secondary for the Arizona Cardinals.
Denver Broncos: Our sources tell us that New Orleans Saints defensive backs coach Dennis Allen has accepted the defensive coordinator job with the Broncos.

West Virginia: Dana Holgorsen will make $750,000 next season as the offensive coordinator. He will make $1.4 million in his first season as head coach. The salary increases $250,000 each year until it reaches $2.4 million in 2016.
Oklahoma Panhandle State: Jon Lyles accepted the head coaching job. He previously served as the director of football operations for the New Orleans VooDoo.
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute: Joe King has stepped down as head coach after 22 years.
