North Texas: Per source, Washington State offensive quality control Joel Filani will join Seth Littrell's staff coaching receivers.

Virginia: BYU offensive coordinator Robert Anae, offensive line coach Garett Tujague, running backs coach Mark Atuaia and quarterbacks coach Jason Beck will join Bronco Mendenhall's staff at Virginia, in addition to Nick Howell and Kelly Poppinga who we already reported will go. We also expect strength coach Frank Wintrich to go as well.

Rutgers: Sources tell FootballScoop that Chris Ash intends to bring Ohio State quality control Vince Okruch to Rutgers as special teams coordinator. Okruch is a long-time college assistant with significant Big Ten experience.

Tulane: The Advocate is reporting that Georgia Southern head coach Willie Fritz will meet with Tulane AD Troy Dannen tomorrow.

West Virginia: AD Shane Lyons released a statement stating Dana Holgorsen will return in 2016.

Virginia: As part of their deal, UVA will loan $1.185 million to Bronco which he will use to buyout his contract with BYU. UVA will then forgive that loan over five years. In addition, UVA will cover any tax liability resulting from the loan forgiveness all per Steve Berkowitz of USA Today. The pool for assistants will be $3 million.

Cal: Bruce Feldman is reporting that Sonny Dykes will sign his extension with Cal today.

Tulane: Other websites have reported that Doug Meacham is getting the job at Tulane. Sources tell FootallScoop that this is absolutely not the case. In fact, per multiple sources, Meacham was not even a candidate in the process.

BYU: Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll noted today that he has talked with BYU AD Tom Holmoe about Seahawks offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell, but noted that the timing won't work out for Bevell to be the new BYU head coach and that Bevell is "not available", per Bob Condotta.

Northwestern (NAIA - IA): Kyle Achterhoff has resigned from the head coaching position after seven seasons leading the program. Achterhoff was 56-19 with NAIA playoff appearances in 2012, 2013, and 2014 and a share of the conference title in 2014. Per source, we also hear that offensive coordinator Tyler Knobloch has resigned.

Oberlin (D-III - OH): Per source, Mitchell Thomspon is joining the staff from Amherst College (D-III - MA) and will coach the defensive backs and we hear that running backs coach James Flowers will transition to coaching the defensive line. Thompson coached the outside linebackers at Amherst last season.

Jacksonville (FCS): Per source, we hear that new head coach Ian Shields plans to bring in an entire new staff at Jacksonville.

Utah: When asked if he's been contacted regarding job openings this off season, Kyle Whittingham stated, "I never comment on any job situation, and I won't start now."

Winnipeg Blue Bombers (Canada): Paul LaPolice has been announced as offensive coordinator.

Clarion (D-II - PA): Per source, the defensive coordinator and offensive line positions are open on staff.

Dakota Wesleyan (NAIA - SD): Dakota Wesleyan is looking for a football graduate assistant (defensive line). Responsibilities include practice/game preparation, recruiting, summer camps, equipment, video and all other aspects of the football program assigned by the head coach. Qualifications include application and acceptance in Master of Arts in Education and passing a background check. Included in the graduate assistant package are 2/3 tuition waiver, and small stipend (10 month). Coaching or playing experience on the defensive line will be given first priority. Slippery Rock (D-II - PA): Head coach George Mihalik has announced his retirement. Mihalik spent 28 seasons leading the program and amassed over 200 wins.

Hawaii: The school has announced that Occidental College (D-III - CA) offensive coordinator (and former Hawaii offensive lineman) Brian Smith will be joining the staff at Hawaii as an offensive assistant.

TCU: Sonny Cumbie has turned down the opportunity to become the offensive coordinator at Texas and will stay at TCU as co-offensive coordinator. Jeremy Clark was among the first to report it, and we can confirm.

Bowling Green: New head coach Mike Jinks will earn $410,000 a year over five years according to Jordan Strack of WTOL-TV in Toledo.

Texas: Charlie Strong is interviewing Tulsa offensive coordinator Sterlin Gilbert in Austin today according to Anwar Richardson of Orangebloods.

Southern Nazarene (D-II - OK): Sterling College (NAIA - KS) head coach Andy Lambert has accepted the head coaching job. Lambert spent the past 12 seasons at Sterling, going 72-52 and earning three conference Coach of the Year honors. Associate head coach Chuck Lambert, who has been a part of Andy's staff the past 12 seasons, has been tabbed interim head coach.

Bowling Green: UTSA special teams coordinator / safeties coach Perry Eliano will join the staff as defensive coordinator, per SI. We can confirm the hire, and we understand that Eliano will also have the associate head coach title.

Arkansas-Monticello (D-II): Mitchell Pate, who served as defensive coordinator at Coffeyville CC (KS) in 2014, is joining the staff as defensive coordinator, per source.

Bowling Green: Per source, Mike Jinks plans to hire Texas Lutheran offensive coordinator / quarterbacks Andy Padron. We hear Padron's title is expected to be co-offensive coordinator.

Maryland: Former Virginia head coach Mike London is joining DJ Durkin's staff at Maryland as associate head coach / defensive line coach, per SI.

Rutgers: If Chris Ash is fired without cause, Rutgers will owe him his remaining base salary. If he leaves for another job, Rutgers is due $600,000 for each remaining year before February 28, 2019, and $500,000 if he's terminated between March 1, 2019 and January 5th, 2021. Among the bonuses in Ash's deal; $100k for participating in the conference championship, $50k for a Big Ten title, $100k for a Big Ten-contracted bowl game, $50k for Big Ten Coach of the Year award, $100k for National Coach of the Year, $500k for a College Football Playoff Championship game win, $250k for being a CFB Playoff participant, and $175k for being a CFB Playoff semifinal participant.

Syracuse: Bowling Green interim head coach / defensive coordinator Brian Ward will coach the Falcons in the bowl game on December 23rd, and then join Dino Babers' staff at Syracuse, according to a report from SI.

Toledo: Per multiple reports, running backs coach Anthony Johnson is being retained by new head coach Jason Candle.

Bowling Green: Last night Bowling Green hired Texas Tech's Mike Jinks as their new head coach.
