Western Kentucky: Jeff Brohm has received an extension through the 2019 season and raised his salary from $600,000 to $800,000.

Florida: Virginia Tech defensive backs coach Torrian Gray will be the new defensive backs coach at Florida, SI reports and we can confirm.

Mississippi State: Former Iowa State corners coach Maurice Linguist will be the new safeties coach at Mississippi State, per SI. Sources confirm to us that Linguist has been offered and plans to join the staff, T Buck will coach the corners.

Oklahoma: Bob Stoops has announced GA Chip Viney will move to a full-time role as special teams quality control.

North Coast Heat (Australia): Greg Gregory has been hired as head coach of the National Gridiron League franchise the North Coast Heat. Gregory has had previous coaching stops at Norfolk State, Morgan State, University of South Alabama, University of South Florida, as well as a few others.

Air Force: Air Force has announced a contract extension for head coach Troy Calhoun through 2020.

Scoop him up:Taylor Embree is currently in his second year as a graduate assistant at UCLA, where he experience on both the offensive and defensive sides of the ball. Embree played his college ball at UCLA, where he enjoyed an outstanding career as a wide receiver for the Bruins. He has worked alongside coaches the likes of Jim Mora, Karl Dorrell, Jeff Ulbrich, Eric Yarber, Kennedy Polamalu, and Cedric Cormier and his ultimate goal is to land a position coaching wide receivers at the college level.

New Castle (Australia): Former Nebraska player, and New York Jet first round pick Johnnie Mitchell, has been named head coach of the New Castle franchise of the National Gridiron League.

UTEP: Sources tell FootballScoop former SMU player and grad assistant Derrius Bell will be the new defensive backs coach at UTEP.

Mississippi State: Former Iowa State defensive backs coach Maurice Linguist is interviewing today with Dan Mullen for Mississippi State's remaining open position source tells FootballScoop.

Missouri: Jackie Shipp has now been announced as the new defensive line coach on Barry Odom's staff, as previously reported.

Boise State: UTEP defensive backs coach Gabe Franklin is joining Bryan Harsin's staff source tells FootballScoop.

North Dakota State: Per source, Kody Morgan, who previously coached the defensive line at UW-Stout (D-III), has joined the NDSU staff as an offensive quality control coach.

College of Idaho (NAIA):The College of Idaho is looking for an opponent for the 2016-17 seasons. Possible dates for 2016 would be Aug 27 or Sep. 3 (corresponding dates in 2017). Preferences are for a home and home, regional, NAIA or NCAA Division III opponent. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional knowledge of defensive strategy, successful recruiting, strong leadership, social media expertise, video editing, recruiting experience and communication skills. Responsibilities include but not limited to leading the strength program, coaching a position, recruiting, academic & spiritual growth coaching of players. Strength and Condition certification is preferred. Olivet Nazarene University is a nationally recognized Christian university located 50 miles south of the Chicago Loop in Illinois. LSU: Regarding the reports of offensive coordinator Cam Cameron leaving LSU, he stated today, "I'm not going anywhere. No truth to it whatsoever."

Duquesne (FCS - PA): Quarterbacks coach Anthony Doria has been promoted to offensive coordinator, taking over for Gary Dunn, who took the head coaching job at California University of Pennsylvania (D-II - PA).

Olivet Nazarene (NAIA - IL): Olivet Nazarene University is seeking applicants for 2 intern (1 offense, 1 defense) position coaches. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional knowledge of strategy, successful recruiting, strong leadership, social media expertise, video editing, recruiting experience and communication skills. Responsibilities include but not limited to coaching a position, recruiting, academic & spiritual growth of players, and coordinating social media efforts. Strength and Condition certification is desired. $4500 stipend. No room, board or tuition. Possible extra compensation through camp development. North Carolina: As expected, offensive line coach Chris Kapilovic is expected to be formally announced as the Tar Heels' new offensive coordinator later today, per Andrew Carter.

Rhode Island: Keegan Kennedy, who coached at UCF last season, handling the tight ends and h-backs, has been named offensive line coach at Rhode Island.

Tennessee Tech (FCS): Marcus Satterfield has announced the addition of eight assistant coaches, many of which we have already touched on. To recap, newcomers include Derek Carr (WRs), Tyree Foreman (RBs), Bobby Maffei (secondary), David Napert (OL), Chris Polizzi (secondary), Shawn Quinn (assistant HC / defensive coordinator), Justin Rascati (OC / QBs), and Dontae Wright (LBs / STC). Three coaches being retained include Sam Williamson (DL), Justin Matheny (DFO), Price Partrick (offensive quality control).

Southern University: The staff at Southern has been completed with the addition of Matt Leone to coach the quarterbacks, Juan Navarro as defensive line coach, and Charles Cheek as linebackers coach. Leone previously served as offensive coordinator at Webber International (NAIA - FL), Navarro is the former LA Valley (JC - CA) head coach, and Cheek previously coached the linebackers at North Carolina A&T (FCS).

Springfield College (D-III - MA): Springfield College is no longer accepting applicants for their open graduate assistant job. Thank you for the overwhelming interest.

New York Jets: Brant Boyer, a former assistant for the Indianapolis Colts, is joining the staff as special teams coach, per Adam Caplan of ESPN.

San Diego Chargers: Chase Blackburn will interview for the assistant special teams position, per Alex Marvez. Blackburn is a former NFL linebacker.

New Orleans Saints: The Saints have announced the additions of Dan Campbell (tight ends / assistant head coach), Ronald Curry (offensive assistant), Aaron Glenn (defensive backs), Joe Lombardi (quarterbacks), and Peter Guinta (senior defensive assistant). Campbell is the former Dolphins interim head coach, Curry coached the receivers in San Francisco last season, Glenn is the former assistant defensive backs coach from Cleveland, Lombardi was the Lions offensive coordinator last season, and Guinta previously coached the defensive backs for the Giants.
