UTSA: Sources tell FootballScoop Tulane co-defensive coordinator Jason Rollins is now headed to UTSA. We hear he will have the assistant head coach title in addition to coaching the defensive backs. The Advocate is reporting the same.
Buffalo Bills: The Bills will promote Kathryn Smith to a special teams quality control role, according to ProFootballTalk. She would be the first female assistant coach in NFL history. Smith was an administrative assistant to Rex this past season.
New York Giants: Former Chicago Bears assistant Dwayne Stukes will join the staff as an assistant special teams coach according to Alex Marvez.
Eastern Washington: Folsom (CA) High School co-head coach Troy Taylor will be the co-offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach at Eastern Washington according to Joe Davidson of the Sacramento Bee.
Maryland: Defensive coordinator Scott Shafer will make $2.25 million over a three-year contract, offensive coordinator Walt Bell will earn $1.5 million over a three-year deal, and Lembo will receive $700,000 over a two-year contract, according to the Baltimore Sun.
Tennessee Titans: Assistant head coach for defense Dick LeBeau has been announced as defensive coordinator. Additionally, Terry Robiskie has been announced as offensive coordinator and Bobby April as special teams coordinator.
UTSA: Sources tell FootballScoop Frank Wilson plans to hire Jacksonville Jaguars senior offensive assistant Frank Scelfo as offensive coordinator, LSU grad assistant Ryan Pugh as offensive line coach and LSU offensive analyst Jeff Kastl as receivers coach. We understand InsideRunnerSports is reporting the same. We previously were told that LSU analyst Chevis Jackson was going as well; but sources tell us that at this time Jackson intends to remain at LSU.
Philadelphia Eagles: Running backs coach Duce Staley and offensive line coach Jeff Stoutland have both been retained by Doug Pederson as we reported days ago.
Lamar: Source tells FootballScoop former Texas Tech defensive assistant Trey Haverty will be the new defensive coordinator at Lamar.
Indianapolis Colts: Greg Williams has been hired to coach the defensive backs, the team has announced. Williams spent the past seven seasons with the Chargers where he spent the past three seasons as assistant defensive backs coach.
Nevada: Source tells FootballScoop Toronto Argos assistant head coach / offensive line coach Jonathan Himebauch will be Nevada's new offensive line coach.
Cleveland Browns: Albert Breer is reporting that the Browns have finalized a deal to land Ray Horton as defensive coordinator and that Pep Hamilton will coach the quarterbacks & have the associate head coach offense title and Kirby Wilson will handle the running backs & have the running game coordinator title.
USC: Source tells FootballScoop Clay Helton will promote Kenechi Udeze to defensive line coach. Udeze, a former defensive lineman at SC and in the league, was already on staff at USC.
Furman: Source tells FootballScoop LaGrange College defensive coordinator Earl Chambers will be the new defensive line coach at Furman.
San Francisco 49ers: The 49ers have offered their defensive coordinator job to Texans linebackers coach Mike Vrabel according to Dianna Marie Russini of ESPN.
App State: Kent State assistant head coach / offensive line Shawn Clark will be the new offensive line coach at App State sources confirm to FootballScoop.
Texas Tech: Kliff Kingsbury has officially announced the addition of Jabbar Juluke to the Red Raider coaching staff. Also, Kevin Patrick (who most recently coached the defensive line at North Texas) is joining the staff to coach the defensive line.
Oregon: Defensive coordinator Brady Hoke will earn $400,000 this year and $700,000 each of the two following years according to the Oregonian.
New York Giants: New head coach Ben McAdoo is expected to retain Kevin Gilbride (TEs), Tim Walton (corners coach), Craig Johnson (RBs), and David Merritt (safeties) according to Art Stapleton.
Richmond: Per source, former Oregon State offensive coordinator John Garrett will join the Richmond staff as offensive coordinator. Garrett was on the Dallas Cowboys staff from 2007-2012 and coached at Virginia from 2004-2007 as well.
Minnesota: Per source, East Texas Baptist (D-III - TX) offensive line coach Lee Grimes has accepted an offensive graduate assistant position on the Minnesota staff.
San Francisco 49ers: Chip Kelly noted at his presser today that the only staff member he plans on retaining is running backs coach Tom Rathman.
Philadelphia Eagles: The Eagles are hiring former Cleveland Browns offensive coordinator John DeFilippo as their quarterbacks coach, per Mike Garafolo.
Scoop him up:Michael Byrne is wrapping up his time as an offensive graduate assistant working with the running backs at Texas A&M. The past three seasons Byrne worked under the offensive minds of Kevin Sumlin, Jake Spavital and Clarence McKinney. Prior to Texas A&M, he was the running backs coach at West Texas A&M, working with offensive coordinator Stephen Lee. While at WT, they reached the 2012 Division II national semi-final game, while Byrne coached current Saints running back Khiry Robinson to a single season rushing record at WT. Prior to WT, Byrne worked in football operations and also assisted the offense at Texas A&M for two seasons, working with Mike Sherman, current Cincinnati offensive coordinator Zac Taylor and running backs coach Jimmy Turner.

Southern (FCS - LA) Former North Carolina A&T linebacker coach Charles Cheek, who spent this past season at Benjamin O. Davis HS (Houston, TX), has accepted the linebackers job at Southern, per source.
BYU: Ben Cahoon has been announced as wide receivers coach.
Chattanooga: Lamar assistant head coach/defensive line coach Carey Bailey has joined the staff as defensive line coach, and Kadeem Wise will be the Mocs' director of football operations.
Ave Maria (NAIA - FL): Per source, head coach Marty Quinn has resigned.
TCU: Former Oklahoma State quarterback JW Walsh is joining the TCU staff as a graduate assistant according to 247 and The Oklahoman. Walsh battled a number of injuries and started 11 games the past four seasons in Stillwater.
South Florida: TJ Weist will join Willie Taggart's staff at USF as wide receivers coach, per Fox Sports. Weist spent last season as a senior offensive analyst at Michigan, and prior to that was the offensive coordinator / wide receivers coach (and eventually the interim head coach) at UConn.
East Mississippi (JC): Per source, Coral Shores HS (FL) head coach Ed Holly will be the new defensive coordinator.
Anderson (D-III - IN): Anderson University seeks applicants for offensive and defensive graduate assistants. Candidates must be accepted into the Graduate School at Anderson University and maintain a 3.0 GPA. Anderson University offers Masters programs in Business, Music Education, Theology, and Nursing. The position is a two year appointment and the university provides tuition, housing, and 10 month stipends. Responsibilities include: coaching position, recruiting, equipment management, strength coaching, gameday operations, community service, maintaining databases, maintaining HUDL, maintaining social media, and other duties as assigned by head coach. James Madison (FCS - VA): Per source, The Citadel (FCS) outside linebackers coach Tripp Weaver will be joining the staff.
The Citadel (FCS): New head coach Brent Thompson will get a 5-year deal worth $175,000 annually with yearly raises worked in according to Jeff Hartsell, who adds that defensive coordinator Maurice Drayton will receive a raise as well.
Tennessee Titans: New head coach Mike Mularkey has agreed to a 3-year deal with the Titans, according to Paul Kuharsky who covers the Titans for ESPN.
San Francisco 49ers: Per Alex Marvez, Buffalo Bills running backs coach / assistant head coach Anthony Lynn is interviewing for the offensive coordinator job on Chip Kelly' staff.
Tennessee Titans: The Titans spoke with former Giants assistant Robert Nunn yesterday about their defensive line position, per Alex Marvez.
Garden City (JC): Former Univ of Georgia grad assistant Steve Shimko is the new offensive coordinator at Garden City.
Citadel: Brent Thompson noted today that defensive coordinator Maurice Drayton will remain at the Citadel as defensive coordinator. There was interest from James Madison as well.
San Francisco 49ers: According to PFT, a number of coaches have been dismissed from the Niner staff including Geep Chryst (OC), Steve Logan (QBs), Ronald Curry (WRs), Tim Lewis (secondary), Scott Brown (DL), Ejiro Evero and Aubrayo Franklin (defensive assistants), and TC McCartney and Joe Scola (offensive assistants).
Green Bay Packers: The Packers have formally announced the dismissals of running backs coach Sam Gash and tight ends coach Jerry Fontenot.
Northeastern Oklahoma (JC): Per source, Northwestern State (FCS - LA) tight ends coach Jeff Bowen has accepted the offensive line job at NEO.
Tampa Bay Bucs: In an interview with KTIK, new head coach Dirk Koetter noted that he expects to have a "smaller" coaching staff of between 15-20 total guys.
Carroll (D-III - WI): Carroll University has an part-time coaching position to fill now and will continue into the fall season. The position will coach defensive (linebackers or defensive line) and special teams. The position comes with a monthly stipend and part-time classes. Washington Redskins: Alex Marvez reports that former Indianapolis Colts defensive coordinator Greg Manusky will join the staff and coach the outside linebackers.
