Georgia Southern: Willie Fritz has named several members of his staff. Recap: Doug Ruse (OC / QBs), Matt Barrett (WRs), Chad Lunsford (TEs), Johnny Jernigan (DEs), Kevin Peoples (DL), Michael Mutz (LBs) and Jack Curtis (DC / DBs). Dell McGee will coach running backs. We believe offensive line is the only remaining full time spot to be filled.

Buffalo Bills: The franchise has announced that former Ravens wide receivers coach Jim Hostler has been named a senior offensive assistant.

Lane College (D-II - TN): Offensive coordinator Malik Hoskins has been named interim head coach.

Eastern Michigan: As we've previously reported, Chris Creighton has now formally announced the addition of Brad McCaslin as his defensive coordinator. Also, joining Creighton's staff from Drake is Todd Frakes, who will coach the defensive backs.

Liberty (FCS): Turner Gill has announced some adjustments to his coaching staff. Running backs coach Jamaal Fobbs will now serve as special teams coordinator (Gill managed the special teams last season), Josh Bookbinder (who coached the outside linebackers last year) will take over as linebackers coach, and defensive coordinator Robert Wimberly will now coach the safeties. Also, quarterbacks coach Joe Dailey will take on the title of pass game coordinator.

Southern Miss: Auburn offensive analyst Chip Lindsey will join the Southern Miss staff as offensive coordinator per Lindsey, the former Spain Park HS head coach, joined the Auburn staff in an off the field capacity in February 2013. Prior to accepting the Spain Park head job, Lindsey coached the quarterbacks at Troy. We have confirmed the hire as well. The Hattiesburg American adds that Todd Monken will call the plays this upcoming season.

Virginia Tech: Per David Teel of the Daily Press, new athletic director Whit Babcock will make $610,000 per year ($470k in salary and $140k annual retention bonus) and he has also received a $325,000 signing bonus.

Baltimore Ravens: The Ravens have announced the additions of Steve Spagnuolo (secondary) and Brian Pariani (tight ends).

St. Louis Rams: The Rams are expected to hire Gregg Williams as defensive coordinator according to Chris Mortensen.

New England Patriots: Brendan Daly, who has eight years of NFL experience working with defensive lineman with the Vikings and Rams, has been named a defensive assistant.

Miami Dolphins: The organization has announced that they have parted ways with assistant GM Brian Gaine. Gaine was one of three finalists for the GM job that eventually went to Dennis Hickey.

St. Vincent (D-III - PA): Saint Vincent College is seeking a defensive coordinator. Full time position. Secondary experience preferred. Concordia (NAIA - NE): Concordia University, NE is looking for a 2014 game for September 4th or September 6th . Home game preferable but willing to travel within reason. Interested schools can contact Vance Winter at

Rutgers: As Tom Luicci said last night, sources tell us Joe Rossi will be named defensive coordinator today and we also expect Bob Fraser to join the staff coaching the linebackers.

Nassau CC (NY): Sources tell us Randi Moore will be the new defensive coordinator at Nassau Community College. Moore coached the defensive backs at Allegheny College last season.

Tom Herman's story from last night is pretty surreal
