Santa Barbara City College (CA): SBCC has an opening for a running backs coach. Minimum requirements are a Bachelors degree and 2 years of coaching experience or college playing experience. Duties also include recruiting, assisting on special teams, strength and conditioning, video, and academic guidance. Housing is included until November.This is an entry level stipend position with opportunities to receive extra compensation. Greensboro College (D-III - NC): Greensboro is seeking applicants for 2 unpaid intern positions. These positions are to assist with offensive or defensive sides of the ball. These are voluntary positions. Housing included, no Stipend. The intern positions give an introductory opportunity for those that want to become college football coaches. It is a chance to gain experience working at the collegiate level. Must Complete and Pass Background Check. RPI (D-III - NY): We hear that RPI is looking to fill an assistant position, possibly as special teams coordinator.

The Apprentice School (D-III - VA): Per source, special teams coordinator / defensive backs coach Darren Jackson has accepted the inside linebackers job at University Christian School (FL) in Jacksonville.

Virginia Tech: Defensive backs coach Torrian Gray's letter of appointment has been renewed through June 30, 2016 according to Hokie beat writer Andy Bitter. Gray's salary will remain at $275,000. Eight of the nine Hokie assistants have letters of appointment that end next June, with the exception of defensive coordinator Bud Foster (who is under contract through 2019).

Mid-American Conference: The league has named Kerri Krawczak as the conference's director of football operations and external relations.

Minnesota State Mankato (D-II): Augustana College (D-II - SD) defensive backs coach / special teams coordinator Jordan Malone has accepted the defensive backs job at Mankato, per source.

Liberty (FCS): Per source, in addition to the news from last night, we also understand that Aaron Wilkins will be the new assistant director of player personnel.
