East Texas Baptist (D-III): In addition to new running backs and tight ends coach Devo Dorsey, ETBU has hired former Texas offensive lineman Josh Cochran as offensive line coach and run game coordinator, and former Louisiana Tech safety Tarance Calais will be the club's special teams coordinator and defensive backs coach.

Illinois: Bob Ligashesky has been announced as the Illini's new special teams coordinator and tight ends coach. Ligashesky worked as the special teams coordinator with the Houston Texans last season.

LSU: Offensive coordinator Cam Cameron's proposed three-year contract includes a $300,000 pay cut per season, according to Cameron made $1.5 million last season. The new deal also includes a maximum of $125,000 in incentives per season. Additionally, Ed Orgeron has netted a $150,000 raise to $600,000 on a new two-year contract.

South Dakota State: Per source, former Tulsa and current Missouri Southern assistant John Johnson is the new running backs coach at South Dakota State.

Cheyney University (D-II - PA): Cheyney has officially removed the interim tag from head coach Chris Roulhac. Roulhac, who previously led the program from 1993-1995, returned to the Cheyney program in 2010, and took over as interim head coach in 2015.

New Mexico Highlands (D-II): Michigan offensive graduate assistant Derron Montgomery is the new offensive coordinator at New Mexico Highlands. Montgomery worked with the receivers on Jim Harbaugh's staff.

Scoop him up: Christopher Chestnut is heading into his 11th season coaching, with six of those years taking place at the college level. Coach Chestnut has coached every position on the offensive side of the ball, and spent last season at the University of Miami where he served as an offensive assistant. Prior to that, Chestnut worked as an offensive graduate assistant with the offensive line at South Florida and he also has coached at UTEP, Campbell University, Ellsworth College, and Northern Durham HS (NC). Chestnut's ultimate goal is to land a coaching or quality control position at the FBS or FCS level, and is also interested in Division II coordinating opportunities as well on the offensive side of the ball. During his coaching career, Chestnut has developed relationships with Skip Holtz, Al Golden, Willie Taggart, Dale Steele, Larry Scott, Todd Fitch, James Coley, Steve Shankweiler, Art Kehoe, and Guy Holliday. Citrus College (JC - CA): Daniel McDonald has been hired as the wide receivers coach, per source.

Alabama State (FCS): Former head coach Reggie Barlow has been announced as the new head coach at Sidney Lanier HS (AL). Barlow had previously accepted the head coaching job at Carver Columbus HS (GA) for a few weeks before stepping down. Barlow is an alum of Lanier HS.


Hope College (D-III - MI): Former Grandville HS (MI) head coach Mike Lapciuk has accepted the special teams coordinator / wide receivers job at Hope under Pete Stuursma. Lapciuk has coached at a number of places in West Michigan as an assistant including the Grand Rapids Rampage (Arena), Grandville HS (MI), Jenison HS (MI), Grand Rapids Christian HS (MI) and most recently at Forest Hills Northern (MI) in 2014.

East Stroudsburg (D-II - PA):East Stroudsburg University is looking for a game September 1st or 3rd 2016 (Home or Away). USC: Austin Clark, a former defensive lineman at Cal, has been added to the staff as a defensive assistant, per source. Clark worked at Cal last season as a recruiting assistant.
