Minnesota State - Mankato (D-II): Head coach Todd Hoffner, placed on administrative leave in August and reassigned by the university in December, was fired Monday but, according to the Minneapolis Star-Tribune, that decision will be challenged by the state's faculty union. 

Berry College (D-III - GA): Augusta Lakeside (GA) High School defensive coordinator Kenneth Baker has been hired to Berry College's inaugural football staff as linebackers coach. 

Florida: Florida has released some updated salary information. New special teams coordinator Jeff Choate will make $290,000 ($100,000 more than he was making at UTEP). Offensive coordinator Brent Pease has been extended to 2015 at a salary of $590,000 and he will now receive a $100,000 bonus if still employed on Jan 31, 2014. Offensive line coach Tim Davis raised to $300,000 (under contract into 2014) and running backs coach Brian White now makes $290,000 (contract into 2014). Tight ends coach Derek Lewis now earns $215,000.

Rockford College (D-III - IL): Rockford College, a Division 3 institution located in Rockford, Illinois, is looking for 2 graduate assistants. There will be one offensive position and one defensive position. Candidates with offensive line and linebacker experience are preferred. Interested applicants have until May 17 to apply. UNLV: The Las Vegas Sun is reporting that athletic director Jim Livengood will step down.

Mount Union (D-III - OH): Head coach Larry Kehres has stepped down as head coach (but will remain as athletic director). Vince Kehres has been named head coach. 

Sam Houston State (FCS): Sources tell us that McNeese State (FCS) defensive coordinator Mike Collins will be the new defensive coordinator at Sam Houston State. 

Kennesaw State: According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, head coach Brian Bohannon has added South Paulding HS (GA) head coach Tim Glanton to the staff as an assistant coach.

University of Redlands (D-III - CA): The University of Redlands is taking applications for an Offensive Football Graduate Assistant. Primary responsibilities include coaching a position group, recruiting, coordinating all video as it applies to practice, games and highlights, and other duties as assigned. Bachelor’s degree and admission to the University of Redlands “Higher Education” graduate program is required. Tuition remission for graduate school, a monthly stipend, and meal plan are provided. Position begins after July 1st, 2013. Augustana College (DIII-IL): Augustana is seeking two Interns for 2013-2014. These are 10 month positions beginning August 1. Stipend is $10,000-$11,000 with no housing, meals or benefits. Duties include coaching a position group, game/practice prep, video assistance, and recruiting. Preferred position areas are Tight Ends and Linebackers. Bachelor's degree is required. One year college coaching experience is preferred. Must pass criminal background check prior to employment. Positions to be filled by June 15.
