Happy Veterans Day to all those that have served and those that continue to serve our great country, and protect the freedoms we all cherish.

Colorado: In an article published today on their official website, athletic director Rick George stated today, "I’ve said it publicly several times: Mike MacIntyre is going to be our coach next year." Colorado is 4-6 this season with a home game against USC and road trips to Washington State and Utah remaining. In his third season as head coach, MacIntyre's Buffs are 10-24. When asked about his interest in becoming the athletic director at Illinois, his alma mater, George added that no one has called him yet. "I just think it's way too early to be talking about anything right now in that regard."

Southern Nazarene (D-II - OK): Southern Nazarene University is currently accepting applications for the position of head football coach. Salary will be commensurate with experience, and there is a generous benefits structure.The head coach must have a strong leadership ability and be a dynamic Christian who is interested in developing student-athletes in their spiritual and athletics lives. Nominations and applications will be held in confidence. Miami: The Miami Herald had an update today in which they tout that Butch Davis "hasn't been written off", that UM people believe some big name head coaches have interest and more.

Delta State (D-II - MS):Delta State University currently has three open dates, Sept. 2, Sept. 9 and Nov. 4 for the 2017 season. Minnesota: Interim head coach Tracy Claeys has been elevated to head coach and will sign a three-year deal. Under this new agreement, Claeys is set to make $1.4 million next year, with $100,000 raises each of the next two seasons. Here's the story.
