Oklahoma Panhandle State: We hear West Texas A&M grad assistant Derrick Homer has accepted the running backs job at Oklahoma Panhandle State. 

Eastern Michigan: Eastern Michigan head coach Ron English has hired former Michigan and Indianapolis Colt running back Mike Hart as an offensive quality control coach. Running backs coach Doug Downing retains that title. 

West Virginia: Mike Kerin, longtime Mountaineer (32 years with the program), assistant athletic director for football operations, and 2010 FootballScoop Director of Football Operations of the Year has announced that he will be retiring at the end of the month.

East Stroudsburg: Chris Demarest has accepted the defensive backs / special teams coaching positions at East Stroudsburg. Demarest was the defensive coordinator and associate head coach at Tiffin University last season and coach at Rutgers prior to that. 

Lewis & Clark College: Former University of Oregon running back Remene Alston has joined the staff as running backs coach. 

Otterbein: We hear that former Ohio State defensive quality control Mike Pechac will coach the defensive line at Otterbein this season.
